When I used to live in Paris, this hotel was one of my fantasm !
Mike is absolutely right about the lacing technique. It's usually referred to as heel locking because it locks your heel and ankle in place and not moving around. It's great to make sure that you don't get blisters on your heel.
Your hair looks beautiful in a casual low ponytail! And your skin looked so nice after the facial! Glad you had an amazing time ! I love Paris so much. Always wanted to stay at that hotel! Xxx

Mike showing you how to lace your shoes, was correct. It keeps your shoe on your foot more securely, and a more stable placement.

I was a nike run club trainer & MDF is right!!! It is better for ankle support. Also, if you have shin splints a good cushion is important & getting something for over pronation. Good choice MDF! I personally love the Nike zoom fly fly knit version.

Oh wow. How incredible. This hotel also happens to be one of the oldest palace hotels in Paris (the original hotel was opened in 1913).
Can you tell us about the foundation?
The Nike Pegasus was what I used in high school for my cross country and track days! Our coach (mom and son, actually) we’re both in the Olympics and THEY recommended the Pegasus 👍🏻😎

I made my boyfriend join me to watch the trainer hack to keep your ankle in place because I thought he’d be interested (he loved it!) and then the lightsaber dog lead clip came on 🤣 You have just got yourself a new subscriber 😂😂

Paris is a lovely place was there for my 30th birthday surprise is my second place I wanted to visit on my list of travels. Definitely would love to go back. My first favourite is Rome. And 3rd Japan. I always love Dior jewellery and perfume and lip products.
Mike is right about tying the shoes like that. My podiatrist when I was having foot problems tied my shoes like that because of the extra support it gives 😊

If you have shin splints you should definitely go to a specialist running shop and get your running gait analysis done. What works for Mike may not work for you. Good luck. X
