    2022 has been an amazing year with you Deepti .I celebrated my 50th on the 17th of December 2022 . From 65 kg I came down to 56 kgs . It's a miracle for me . And Deepti you made my dream come true of running the first 10 k of my life .

    I have started this workout on 16.05.2023
    Completed one week successfully
    Suffering from pcos and hypo thyroidism
    Currently weight is 73.8kg
    Will update after 15 days
    Thanks deepti ma'am for this workout
    Update 1.6.23- weight 73.3kg
    Weight didn't decrease much but my stamina and energy levels have increased especially coz of plank exercise. Because of the simplicity of these workouts I look forward everyday to do it. It will be a slow but steady process to loose weight. But consistency is the key here. Will update after 15 days again on 15.6.23
    Update 15.6.23-[post one month of workout] weight is now 72.5. Have cut out all processed foods and sugar. Because of my pcod and thyroid issue, weight loss is slower. But still happy that I got some positive results. Will update after 15 days. Be positive and work out.
    Update 30.6.23 - weight is same 72.2 Wasn't able to exercise for few days. Will update on 15.7.23
    15.7.23 - weight is now 71.8 kg.. Will update on 30.07.23
    30.7.23 -very happy to let you all know that my weight is now 70.6 kg. All thanks to deepti ma'am..
    Will update on 15.08.23😊
    15.8.23- weight now id 70.2kg.. I have completed 3 months of workout with deepti ma'am.. total weight lost is 3.6kg.. 😊
    BTW happy independence day to you all.. our country is independent but all of us are still under the shackles of some thing or the other.. but those who are struggling to get independence from their weight like me, please be patient and work towards it.. if a person like me who is under constant stress of work and Job can do it you all can do it too.. thanks to you all for the support and especially thanks to deepti ma'am for paving a path ..next update on 1st Sept 2023..thanks
    Update 1.9.23 - weight is now 69.7kg. Total weight lost till now - 4.1kg
    15.9.23 wasn't able to exercise even for one day in these fifteen days and started binging on junk food ..weight increased and now at 70.8 kg
    30.9.23- weight is 70.5kg
    Started working out again from today.. Will update on 15th Oct

    Hello Ma'am!! It's been almost 3months since I followed you. I have an acne prone skin and having seborrhoeic dermatitis. I have tried many products and spent a lot but nothing worked. One day I bumped into your videos and started doing these exercises on a regular basis , u couldn't even imagine it works for me like a panacea 😍 gradually I'm healing all my skin disorders, my skin is glowing, and main thing my dandruff is also getting away.       @@tharunvirat once a day. Same timings of deepthi's workout videos. Minimum 5 days a week. Portion control food, 3 litres hot water

    Deepti pls koi aisi vdo banaiye jo pregnancy ke baad badhe hue pet or hip ko jaldi ghata sake because pregnancy ke baad exercise or dieting ke baad bhi ye jaldi Kam nahi hoti. Ye sirf meri problem nhi h . I think ye bahot si ladies ki problem h. Baaki tumhare vdo mai bahot enjoy karti hu😊😊

    When jumping jacks, prolonged planks are involved, please label it in advance. I am reasonably fit,( i learn bharatanatyan and am 49) but being close to 50 and overweight, knees always have to be taken care of. And when u jump and land on both legs at the same time,there is tremendous impact on knees.

    Madam I was tired. Last Dec I watched one of your video & started workout.. literally I had lost 5 kgs within 2 weeks..Thank you mam. And due to reason (mainly depression) I paused for few weeks. Again I gained that weight..Once I started doing workout something happened that makes me stop at that .Then I'm begin from scratch and it repeats. This time again I start. Please pray for me that everything will go right that makes me feel better.. Please Mam

    Did this one today. Everyday, i pick a video of yours as per my mood. I mostly focus on belly,arm and back fat. The videos would run out in a span of time leaving me sweaty. I usually do 2 videos, but today i did 2 videos plus 20 minutes more of another video. Getting addicted to them. Doesnt even need to push myself instead i always get excited to workout with u. Its been around 1 and half weeks yet but already seeing difference in myself. Thank u so much deepti for being an inspiration❤❤ keep up the good work..
    PS: im a mother of 3, 2 kids via c section. Target is to get rid of the belly pooch and bra bulge..

    I used to enjoy 36 min workout video of BALA BALA mix since last almost a couple of years daily. It was a very nice routine that gave me perfect mental and physical fitness for a day.
    That video is no longer available on your channel now. No other video is as suitable as BALA BALA mix.
    How can I do my workout now?

    Hi Deepti! A very Happy new year to you and your family. You are an inspiration to me. Your workouts not only help in losing inches, but it is a fun way to loose weight. I have lost around 7 kgs by doing workouts on your videos and a sustainable diet.
    I wish you to upload a yoga dance video. I love Yoga but it seems a little boring. I know like other dance videos you can make this video enjoyable too. My goal for the new year is to be fit by not only losing weight but also by being flexible to do all the stretches. I just hope you read my message and fulfill my wish. Keeping my fingers crossed.     Mam, i will do yoga routine in the morning and started your workout in the evening from last month. I did 1 month your other work out related to belly fat, i was able to do that and now i thought of changing another one and started this workout for bellyfat but feeling difficult while bending knees as most of steps are with knee bending, btw i am 43, i loved your energy levels.. please suggest me whether to go with this trying knee bending or choose another bellyfat video? Please suggest me mam

    After a whole month of no exercise I came back for a new session and chose this song. I was feeling lazy to start but The energy was amazing. Loved how the groups changed which went unnoticed and a smooth editing on that. Really enjoyed that transition with 2 groups. The freestyle was amazing. Everyone well done.     I did 5 minutes warm up prior to this work out. Calories burned 270.

    Day 1 i could't complete the whole work out today i am taking this for one month challenge. I will defo update each day.
    Day 2 i was able to finish my work out today i did not stop when i got tired i improved some with low-intensity motions and was able to finish them.

    Hi Deepti, I really like your dance routine and keep waiting for your next video. I have an 8 months old daughter and with the help of your routine I have almost achieved my pre pregnancy weight. One small question I have i.e. though my belly fat is reduced but it is still loose...how to tighten the muscles of my stomach and get rid of loose pouch

    Hello dear, I was doing your workout from back five months and it was an amazing experience. And from two months I was done this particular one and it truly gave me what I needed. From 65 I came to 63 and I m 38 years old with two kids. But from some days I was suffering from knee pain, and doctor told me that bone of my knee is fading, kind of arthritis and he told me to stop putting pressure on my knees, and alongwith he also told to reduce weight. So here I m asking for your suggestion, is it safe to continue with this video exercise because I seriously love it and if not pls suggest your some other video, because along with loosing weight I also want to get healthy. I m looking for your suggestion. Thanks and keep dancing and also allow us to join it
