    Thanks for sharing! I'm still suffering from concussion symptoms nearly a year after the accident.

      Thanks for your comment! Jan 10th was my 1 year as well. I hope you feel like things are still improving, even with my setbacks I am still trending better.

    U drive I can no longer drive anymore because of the dizziness

      Aminah A sorry to hear that, my dizziness is mostly when turning or looking quickly, getting up after sitting and turning to the right around corners, walking too close to walls etc. thankfully I can still drive. I get overwhelmed in traffic though so it needs to be non rush hour.

    I have PCs as well for 2 n half years I like to workout as well keeps the depression n anxienty away 🙄 .. do u feel more dizzy after ur workout or while working out

      Aminah A definitely more after as well as elevated headache.
