Hi Vishal ! The answer always depends from case to case basis. Go to your university website and have a look at the course structure. Email me at [e-mail] if you do not find it.
For specialisation, you can say "my specialisation is information technology under bachelors of science".
Your university might also be offering specialisation in cyber security, data management and so on. Check on that too. If you cannot find it just say my specialisation is information technology.

Every University has its unique feature. Try finding it in the University website and include it in your points.
Rather than saying "it has good professors " or "it offers exceptional education " ❌
Say "it has a unit named .....in my junior year which will help me in ....." ✔️
"This university has innovation expo each year ✔️"
"It offers internship with companies like.....✔️"
Collect points like these from University website and include these in your answer.
