This so beautifully sums up why I love Mando and why the show worked for me. Especially with him being older and matured, badass but surprisingly gentle. Also the degree to which Pascal was able to express emotion through a mask and a modified voice is just incredible acting
This is the most interesting Star Wars character since Han Solo. I love how this tale is great but also always 'under' the Star Wars major tale. It is exactly what we've always wanted: What else is going on while there are a Luke Skywalker and a Darth Vader doing far-away epic battles? What story lines are there which progress without being dominated by a God-like Trilogy? Here we have it. Best thing for Star Wars since Rogue One.
I'm not a super big star wars fan but Jon Favreau as the creator sold me on it. It's the only thing I watch on Disney+ but it is absolutely worth it. And as much as I love to binge shows, the weekly releases also let me enjoy it a lot more. Hope this video blows up.
This was wonderful. I, too, had no intentions of watching another Disney attempt at Star Wars, but I devoured every episode--adventure, humor, action, but never over the top--and with a character to revere, a hero of honor, the "lone cowboy" but with a heart and ethics and fantastic fighting skills, and, of course, the growing bond with the cutest creation ever. Thank you for this. Watching your video brought back every positive feeling I had watching it and thinking about it afterward. The last episode of Season Two was PHENOMENAL!!
This video is really underrated! Decent editing and insightful commentary. This deserves more views. Also I completely forgot I was subbed to this channel until I saw this was posted in my subscription feed.
This was a really good break down, and I can see you’ve improved a lot since your first video! Definitely subscribing; watch your career with great interest, etc, etc. ^^
I really hope we see Din cry in season 3. Like, actual crying with sobbing and all that good stuff. A lot of his character arc involves him letting down the walls he built up for himself, and showing that little extra vulnerability can do wonders to show how far he’s come.
A Mandalorian politeness montage?! I thought I'd seen everything... Now perhaps I have. Great work. Best thing I've seen since the flood of Anikin cringe vids ("I hate sand..."). Star Wars has always been an epic story and universe. This is the first time other than Rogue One though that it has been in the hands of someone who can do dialogue, build character and can direct. Lucas sucked at this always. He's the only director I know of who could take the likes of Liam Neeson and Natalie Portman and make them look wooden and talentless. He should have laid out the universe and story ark and handed it to someone else to write and direct long ago.

This compilation of Mando being polite was incredible and a BLESSING- your channel deserved more views, I appreciate your thoughts!!

I didn't notice how the shots matched! That's so great!

I had much of the same reservations but I'm really enjoying what they're doing with the story and the character.

If it makes you feel better I did the same thing.
Very shallow and boring review
