    Regardless of what happens to/with Tua Im drafting a QB 1st or 2nd round ..even if Tua comes back and this team miraculously finds heart and tightens up and wins a "giggle" Superbowl Im still drafting a potential QB1 If Tua can hold him off great, if not for any reason.. well, there ya go

    @Reason, something funny to think about.
    - Tua had to learn how to fall because he never had to. He trained and got better.
    - Now he needs to learn how to 'truck' guys. Maybe he could train in Alaska with Larry Csonka or Mike Alstott. First QB wearing a neck roll? @phinsidethenfl

      @j-boy9256 17 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@johnabrams8148 Cox by far had the best neck roll. Even something like the BOZ wore to help with head refraction.
      Tua closed his eyes and lowered his head. If he learns to keep his eyes up and move over to his right shoulder he would distribute the energy of the hit. He just needs to first slide, but if he is going to run he needs to learn how to run correctly.

    • @johnabrams8148
      @johnabrams8148 16 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@j-boy9256 If he even comes back they need to train him to slide feet first every single week- forever. He was full of himself after the contract and winning last week. I think MM had him throwing so many passes last week on the line or behind it simply to give him confidence and that it worked too well. And as impossible as it is I think it is, they should at least try to beg borrow steal Brady out of retirement. Imagine what he could teach TT in a single year.

    Good show guys but, Barry has been right about this team all of season even if Tua was healthy they are a wild card team at best. The offense struggles so much when defenses shut down the middle of the field because Tuas arm is not strong enough to consistently hit those deep outs. Hopefully the dolphins and the panthers learned that physical traits matter when drafting a QB out of college.

    Tua will come back in 3-4 weeks and NO WAY BRADY IS AN OPTION HE TURNED HIS BACK WITH THE SAME EXACT SITUATION IN NEW ENGLAND!!! That's also a very bad option with Mac Jones coming on board with the Dolphins is another very bad option because he had a better oline than what the Dolphins have now and he was sacked more then. The Dolphins have to rely on a QB that can play with a bad oline. Tua maybe back sooner than 3-4 weeks and as far as drafting another QB I'd draft the UM QB Cam Ward and have him sit behind Tua a few seasons longer because of how bad the oline is and or draft a olineman to fix the oline. Grier did it with Paul he can do it with others. Where the Dolphins are going wrong is the INTERIOR OLINE DEPTH NOT THE STARTERS UNTIL THIS SEASON and THATS BECAUSE THEY DIDNT BUILD THE DEPTH IN THE PAST SEASONS SINCE TUA'S ROOKIE SEASON.

    At this moment, I would support on luring Tom Brady out of retirement, though idk if that is possible due to him owning partially the Raiders. Heck, I would also support Brady be given part ownership as well. The only thing I am worried he won't agree to is standing behind this OL.
    As far as other QBs, I would only go for drafting a new QB. Trading for a backup QB would be stupid and wasteful of draft capital. I would hire Brady to fix this OL or select our new QB as its obvious that Grier has no clue or any intention. If anything I would hire all the Chiefs scouts as their ability to find talent are uncanny.

    Thompson should be the starting QB for the rest of the season. Maybe with enough practice he can get the pace, rhythm and accuracy to become a good QB. He has a better arm than Tua and runs the football better. He almost beat the punk Bills at home in the playoffs two seasons ago. With Tua the Dolphins can't beat the good teams (winning record) anyway. The GM keep drafting and teaded injured players. The Tua project started this way. His hip injury kept him out of the training camp and couldn't start his rookie season properly. What about Oddell Beckham?. We could keep going with many examples.
    The Dolphins staff has sucked since S. Ross took the ownership. The Dolphins have become a soft team since with glass and fragile players, with clueless or mediocre head coaches. McD is unable to give the step forward when it matters the most.

    Tua played his final game not only as a Dolphin but as an NFL player. The powers that be won’t allow him to be a distraction to the league. Those who oppose the NFL will use him as an example of how they don’t care about the health of the players. Goodel will squeeze the Phins to have home retire. If not, Goodel will make him so radioactive that no team will come near him. Phins look at this as a chance to reset the narrative and find your big arm QB in the draft. You have playmakers just need that missing ingredient. Sad but true!

    They should play Tua, but make him paint more crosses on his face so that Jesus won't give him any more concussions.

      @@tonyr669 Not really. Either the problem with Tua is that he is not painting enough crosses on his face so Jesus will like him more, or Tua has to accept the fact that Jesus prefers Patrick Mahomes and needs to pick a different god.

    You are so right, Neal. The "Tua disaster" is the worst in Dolphin History, "to me also" - since Marino was in his early Years. Wow - that's around 60 Yrs - Damn: I am old !

    They should either what I'll reason what up my boy had to holler at you first and foremost they should either trade for Joe flacco or definitely definitely they need to bring in Ryan tannehill right now I know everyone's going to freak out all blah blah we got rid of them but the kid didn't have the weapons we have are didn't have a running game tannehill was pretty much the only thing we had and basically when he went to the Titans yo the boy went to an AFC championship game that's more than we can say for our whole franchising 40 years bro
