    The truth hurts. You have introduced the Black community to a class structure that is not discussed in our community. Hopefully, once everyone gets over the shock of the HVM conversation you will be able to have discussions with people who will appreciate your knowledge and apply it to their lives.

    I get tired of black people talking about the system being the reason they haven't made it or they don't even try. I am a black man that did specific work for a law firm that no one else did for them. I learned how to do things better than they did and I realized how much they needed my knowledge. I decided to leave and start my own consulting business doing what I did for them for several different attorneys because I realized my intellectual property was worth more than what I was being paid. I am literally the only black person doing what I do on this level. I know whites and other races of people look down on me due to my race, but I'm never going to let other black people get into my head about things our ancestors dealt with bring me down. Just because people say you are worthless is because you are black doesn't mean you have to accept it. Keep moving forward. I almost fell on my face starting my own business and the law firm I worked for that didn't notice my worth started using me as a private contractor because the replacements they got after I left couldn't do what I did for them and I'm literally the only black person that worked in the office previously. Stop listening to black people leaning on things of the past. Yes I acknowledge some white people and other races don't like us, but stop letting that keep you down.

    • @thespector8587
      @thespector8587 4 ปีที่แล้ว +26

      I 100% agree, but it's not that simple. You got a once in a lifetime opportunity to proof yourself. For many, that opportunity will never come or appears only years down the line. Your situation in this climate is more an exception than the rule. And I understand that having to proof yourself also applies to other races, but what I'm saying is: to reach the same opportunity you had, a black man will have to work 10 times harder as a white man with exactly the same background and the only difference being the color of their skin. For many, working 10 times harder would still not be enough. I'm all for proving your selfworth, but I believe the threshold to achieve results is disproportionally higher for black people.

      @@thespector8587, you’re very right with your points but I’ve seen so many black men not even try because they feel the odds are against them, which they are against us, but more of us need to try. Some of us will fail and others will succeed. I’d like to see more of us try so the ones that will have success can help others reach goals. I’m hoping to grow my business to the point that I can get others working with me and for me that will most likely be black employees. Then I can teach them the ropes and they can branch off and do their own thing. Whether it’s in this industry or another industry. We have to lead with encouragement to our people rather than leaning on how whites and other races of people hate us, which is extremely true, but we have to fight past that and have the attitude to say bump what you think, you’re not going to stop me from my success.

      @@CaspianCEO, I believe we live in a country that was built by white people plans for white people and anyone that isn’t white is made to feel they don’t belong but I don’t care about that. It’s the white peoples fault for bringing us here as slaves and we’re here to stay. I’m not going to waste my time worrying about whites and people of other races whose minds have been poisoned to think black people are less than valuable. I’m very cautious of dealing with others but I’m not going to go through my life saying the system is against me, which then hinders me from doing business the way I need to do business. If I walk around trying to be pro black about every move I make, I’ll be broke like all those other pro black folks. We can promote black businesses without being antisocial with other races. Get into certain industries and then slowly make our presence known without shouting it from the mountain top. Basically we need to do what Jewish people have done in certain industries by quietly taking over and then we can make business practices and other things more fair for blacks moving forward.

Now if he’s a deadbeat, that’s a different story. But if you don’t have respect and reverence for your parents, your gonna have a hell of a time in the real world. I never knew my dad growing up. He took off with his drug habit before I was old enough to remember and I heard my mothers side for 30 years. If a person has a network of 20,000 low value people, what does he have compared to a person who has a network of 20 high value people? Nothing.
    What is the ideal size of a network? Having large numbers in a database but no connection with the people is meaningless. I believe a solid network is no greater than 20. Jesus changed the world with 12.

Term 2: High Quality Man (HQM) = man with a desirable number (and set) of character qualities that place him among the top choices of his peer group (edit of course if you don't like)... I think this would help those who are less than enthused there is a HVM title in the first place. It would mean any man, regardless of demographics and income a man can be HQM but of course has nothing to do with being HVM which is first and foremost based on income

    I don’t understand how parents get divorced and the son stays with the mom. My brother and I was at my dads hip nonstop we went with him everywhere even simple errands. He took us to Parks, bike riding, etc at least twice a week. if they ever got a divorce us being with our father would have been automatic without discussion no matter what the courts say and my mom knew that. I love my mom and all but I don’t understand these dudes staying with their mom instead of being with their father, I didn’t even know that was a thing and at 14 if my dad was leaving the house and I was the caller I would’ve told my dad “I’m coming with u” and packed my bags. idgaf if he was low value or not, the heck u living with your mom for.

    • @jbaru648
      @jbaru648 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      that’s what I’m saying even if my dad tried to leave us I would’ve have voluntarily packed my own bags and told my dad “I’m coming with u”. When I was young I heard my parents get into numerous arguments that got to that point and I already knew what I was going to do. One of the reasons why my mom never divorced my dad and they always worked it out is because she knew me and my brother were going to dip as well to be with our father. Even at 7, 8, or 9 I knew instinctively that I needed to live with a man in the home. We someone to physically protect us, teach us how to use our hands, how to conduct ourselves amongst the presence of other men etc. we would’ve rejected the concept of allowing a women to raise us. But everybody’s father is different. For him to be 14 and sitting at home with his mom and not going with his dad is ludicrous to me. Idc if we were moving into a studio apartment I’m living with my dad and my dad knew this

    High value men have a good grasp on Human behavior which is why the smartest people don't run the world. The men in power created a grading system with alphabets to allow people to think they are better and smarter Bec you got a certain "letter" on your test. These men know human behavior.

    If you date only a lower class of males as a female, you're need to up your game to be with those brother's with higher value's or resources.!!!!
    MANY single females choice not to what to put in the needed work, but still want their internment purely because she's a woman, who has nothing positive to add to that kind of exchange with someone who has their game on right and going strong on all levels.!!!
    WE say " BLACK LIFE'S MATTERS" but refuse to come together and work together to build a better black. Community and up are own business values or how we rate to each other as mens and women's of color .!!!???????
    THE fact is everything isn't always green on the other side and all that money doesn't always mean finding true happiness for everyone or enjoying dreams of living in that beautiful house or driving that one of a kind car and not put any kind of work to show their worthy of that kind of lifestyle.!!!-?????
    BECAUSE you think you're fine and that's all you're need to get by and discover it's not enough to get a man of value attention and able to convince him your able to bring something of value to add to his lifestyle besides that coke and a smile baby.!!!!
    MANY females today what the benefit's a man of value has to offer them; and believe a man of value should automatically take care of them ; even when she has shown she or he isn't worthy of that kind of lifestyle or relationship's and should stay in their own lane is the best thing to do for everyone's benefit ; unless you're willing to put in the work and show you're true worth as a female.!!!?????

    This was a lesson in power. Black folks dont understand POWER. No one cares how smart you are of if your right. Theres only one thing: POWER.
    I love that scene from Game of Thrones where Cersei threatens Margerie, the kings new queen loved by the people. Margerie says her influence and relationships are power and Cersei, queen mother, says, "Kill her." When the guards grab her she says "wait, i change my mind. Release her. Take three steps back. Turn around." And they do it
    "POWER is power."

    Kevin makes a true point. My dad was a poorer black boy growing up in the 70's as the youngest child and got into the Air Force and was there for over 23 years going on 24 (23 years and 10 months and 19 days as he told me exactly lol) and he had bought a house or two and lived life and still had enough to make a life for himself the way he should've and now he works driving the local bus system here in Dallas area. Yet he got up and made something of himself when he was young and had a great job and did things that most black men will never be able to say they had. He went out there and made it happen! No ifs, ands or buts. So all these other black men need to stop playing about how they can't be anything when they aren't even trying to do what they need to do in order to change their lives they way they want!

  • @playere25
    @playere25 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Enough of the sugarcoating and being politically correct! Let's be dead honest 100%. High value is based on how much income you have + how many kids you have or dont have. BEST case scenario is to have no kids and your own income living comfortable. Each kid you have drops your value, cause they are essentially bills. It's exactly the same as credit / real estate: Debt to income ratio. If you have children then you need to have alot of income to offset it. HIGH value is being compatible with any relationship they choose to. High value means you have OPTIONS and do not have to settle. Bottom line. The only reason people are sugarcoating this is cause too many people are baby mamas / baby daddys so the truth hurts cause they're not qualified to be in the High Value category. I personally can attest to this 34, single, no kids, own cars, house, 56k year income with military benefits and medically retired. So i have income + time = High value for nearly any woman. This is all basic stats BEFORE you even get to the point of factoring in personality, if you smoke or drink (I dont do either one).
