The XJ600 gets a New Face!

In this video I install my latest purchase from eBay which is some color matched fairings for the 1996 XJ600 Seca II. As with restoring any old bike the time is in the details. Finding this part for sale somewhere online took months upon months of regularly checking eBay along with figuring out what hardware the bike in supposed to have, it was quite a challenge to make this all come together.

Nice project Calvin. Are there still enough parts for that type and year of engine? I am very curious when the bike will be ready.

There is a bit of a premium on old electronic parts for this bike but otherwise parts are available either used or remanufactured. I’ve spent a lot of time on eBay haha

I don't think you have the 1992 part. The wing looking part you point out with the extra holes is removeble on my xj600 1992

Hmmm interesting. You’re probably right. Maybe I’ll look for these wings to add
