Plantain and stewed Oxtail ( Kondre Cameroon)

- Hello guys!! I hope you all doing okay. In today's video, I show you how to make this delicious plantain and stewed oxtail dish known as kondre in Cameroon. A delicious meal from West Cameroon. This dish is traditionally cooked with smoked goat meat however oxtail too can be used in making this recipe.
INGREDIENTS
6 green plantain chopped in half
1kg oxtail or fresh goat meat
12 Akpi seeds known as Njansang in Cameroon
3 Nutmeg seeds known as Pebe in Cameroon
1tbsp white pepper
1 tbsp thyme
1 tbsp mild curry powder
handful of parsley
handful of basil leaves. Dry leaves will do too
2 stem celery sticks
4 Maggi cubes
salt
4 garlic cloves
1/2 ginger stem
vegetable oil for frying the meat
4 cup of warm water. Quantity of water will also depend on the number of plantains

How do you cook your oxtail to make them soft sis 🥰
i used a pressure cooker which softens the meat. You can find it in any store that sells pots and pans. Local supermarkets too sell them. If you do not have a pressure cooker, you can just boil with plain water and salt but it will take longer to get ready.
