Designed by DFJ architects, the house prioritizes panoramic views and the creation of weather-protected spaces. The house is organized around a central courtyard, providing an open yet sheltered outdoor area with a pool at the rear. Using high-quality materials like brass, concrete, and blackbutt wood, Coolamon House combines rusticity and elegance, featuring a cantilevered concrete slab that appears to float above the vegetation. In addition to the main suite, there are auxiliary guest accommodations, a garage, storage room, and office, ensuring functionality and comfort for its residents and visitors.

Ein Schönes Haus. Weitläufig offen um mit der Natur ikontakt zu können. Modern ohne Schnörkel doch durch die verwendeten Materialien aufgeräumt und gemütlich. Durch den Übergang kann man sich wie in einem Baumhaus fühlen. Frei und schwerelos. 😊❤
