Something that a see a lot is that people tend to change how some of the notes sound, kind of like changing the pitch? It sounds really weird, but you kept it all the same here and it sounds amazing. Also the edits to her up close sprites make them extra terrifying.

I make all my mods with some sprite modification private due to credit issue, you can't download this cover anymore
