Alaykum Salam, Is the LED flashing when you direct it to the page, if it do then it could be speaker wires loose some time this is common problem because of vibration , if not then some other circuit mulfunction to be checked.
The only thing to do if your pen is not charging is to use a long USB cable and plug it to the wall outlet like you are charging your phone, and use the pen while plugged in to the charger.

I am from Malaysia 🇲🇾 Why is it my pen is not working when touch the Quran? But other buttons work well (On/off button work well, the button to change the voice work well, volume work well, can record voice, mp3 also work well, everything work well) but whenever the pen touch the quran, it can't read it. Why..?
Is it working normal before, are you using the same Quran book which you have purchase with the reading pen, Check is the sensors hole is clean and not blocked, if everything is OK then there is some problem with pickup sensor circuit.
The pen doesn't charge I think, when I put it on the charger the light is red but when I take it off the charger the own doesn't turn on. I don't know what to do. I know I never used the pen before.
@@afshannaveed2873 just charge the pen line you charge your phone, don't use the computer. Then keep it plug when you use it on the Quran when the light is green. Don't unplug it. You need a long USB cable for that.

Hi, Many possibilities can cause this, it chould be the pen is not getting charged either charger or cable problem, chould be the battery became defective, or the speaker loose wire, also possible the push buttons damaged, also maybe mp3 files corubtted or the main board failed, all need to be checked based on simptoms.

Hi dear friend, You need to copy book files and mp3 to the memory, search for the web site of your Quran Brand and try to get the files from there. Copy the files to PC and transfer them to the memory then just install it, the pen will be ready to work.

My pen is showing red light when I am charging . How to understand if it is charged or not ?
Some types of pen the light change to white color when full charge, some other pen the light just go off, anyhow keep charging and observe.

You need to search for Mp3 files then save them in the PC, after that use a memory card reader to load the files to memory card.
