@@lamar3832 the game said she has a chance to activate black flash. Judging from the game, seem like anyone in the anime/manga that can perform black flash, they can do the same in this game. Some characters need to attack physically (melee & physical) to activate black flash (lore accurate) Some are exceptions, like Yellow Nobara can perform black flash with ranged cursed attack on her 1st 2nd and ultimate skill!

My Nobara did black flash on her ultimate. Nobara has a low chance to activate black flash, when performing black flash, she can deal 70% more in damage
