2023 - The year of balancing.
Our hands have been full and we've been on our toes...Seeing our munchkins character grow into the cheeky toddler he is now, beginning his travels around the world, ✈️ and seeing the his infectious smile everyday 😃
As with all things, some things come to an end, and that saw me returning to the world of work. Emotional is an understatement, as nothing prepares you for this transition, from being there 24/7 as his side, to handing him over and trying to make the most of the few hours you do have with him on a given day ❤️
Juggling family, work, satsang and self-care, has been the greatest learning for the year, with so much more to still learn.
As the year draws to a close, the new year will be a focus on self-care, both mentally and physically 💫
