It would give me peace of mind to have Jerry running my equipment. Seems like a guy who does the right thing even when nobody is looking. Smooth operator!
old experience that cut their teeth on the old what id say ANALOGE equipment ,,is hard to find ... they appreciate the getting in quality equipment and have earned the spot
My life flashed before my eyes!!!! And than I saw Jerry's pant legs and sighed in relief! Now to wash the dirt off my face. Thanks for the morning video!!❤
It sure helps having Jerry running that dozer, that is one huge dam wall you built there, this is a massive little lake. Bye bye to the little dozer that could, it sure came in handy for the smaller stuff for sure, be well friends.
Jerry is the perfect addition to your crew, he provides that dry humor and sarcasm which is the perfect counter to you and Aaron. And he is one hell of an operator. But now, you still need Crash in the equation occasionally to provide that Shemp to you and Aaron as Moe and Curly!
Mike, the lake is turning out Beautifully! Aaron is really turning into a very smooth operator for you! His skills have greatly improved as an operator over the past few years! Always Great to have Jerry there when the weather is closing in! Outstanding Job by all three of you! Keep up the Great Work!
I see all these comments praising Jerry and Aaron but Mike I thought I’d just give you the MVP award because if not for you, stuff just wouldn’t happen. Thanks for doing what you do to make these all happen ✅👍🏻
I don't think anybody would disagree with you but, it is fun to pick on Mike. Besides these comment, no matter what is said, help his TH-cam algorithm. Why do you think these companies are coming to him and letting him use their equipment for a period of time. Everybody comes out a winner and they all deserve it.
that hight looks so deceiving amazing how much clay has gone into that dam. and still needs to come up more. great work you are doing Mike Jerry and Aaron.👍
Thanks for saving us Jerry, I sometimes think that truck driver is out to get us!!!!! 😮😊😂. Dam is looking really sweet, it seems like it is a never ending job hauling and moving dirt on this project, but about got it completed, thanks for the update, enjoying the series.
I can't wait for the next mega lake video, post hurricane. No idea how much rain your area of the country got, but I am expecting to see a full lake on the next one. I expect to see a full lake, Aaron water skiing in the aforementioned lake, Mike driving the boat in the lake and Jerry sitting under an umbrella on the dam taking videos of Aaron skipping like a rock across the water after wiping out.
I’ve been watching your videos about a year now and I really enjoy it. I have one request. Is there any way to go back and revisit some of the places that were finished like a year or two ago to see what they look like? That would be interesting.
Like he said in prior videos, he is doing that when he is close to those sites and if people are willing to let him film the finished product. He can't just go onto someones property and do that, that's traspassing and not good for the job and image.
Wow you could have let Mike answer that question. Should have stepping in like the boss. I'm sure you're not a school teacher and if you are I bet you're no fun. Damn dude. Remember the written word If not written nicely sounds pretty effing rude I'll say it again Damn dude. The guy asked Mike a question not you Damn dude get the point yet f***
Even a short slideshow of photos taken by the property owners themselves tagged on to a regular video would be very welcome, until there´s a chance to revisit the sites.
In that year he has explained numerous times that he doesn’t always have access to those properties and some customers prefer their privacy not be invaded by thousands of viewers!
That's a lot of dirt to move for a relatively small body of water. But if that's what they want and can pay for it good on them. Good for you to get the work and bringing us along.
Good morning sunshines! Mr Jerry to the rescue once again! Lol! Man y'all have dumped a lot of dirt on this job! Wheew! Lol! Great video! Much love and respect from Henderson Ga USA
Aaron has turned into a great all around operator as a retired operator a love your camaraderie of you too it’s the first one I watch of all the you tube’s please keep bringing the videos ❤
There are people that operate equipment, and then there are those people who command equipment. Jerry??? You, Sir, are a Comander! Job's gets done efficiently and the machine was never overloaded!!! The "J" busted a line because it wasn't secure! That doesn't lay on the Commander's lap!!! Jerry??? A freaking plus!!!! Awesome!!! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
What I want to know is, how many phone books is Aaron sitting on so that he can see out the front window of the dump truck? 😁😁😁 you guys are an awesome team. 👍👍
being in the upstate of SC, when I saw 'hurricane Helene is coming', it threw a little panic in me :) Anyways, I hope she was well played out by the time she reached ya'll. Really enjoying this project - ya'll have moved an enormous amount of earth!
Raising the dam another 3' also means widening it a foot or so. Looks like the customer would have you cut a road or "beach" into the high side & lower the water level to make the heights work out where you are. After all, this is not a hydro-electric project, just a pond in front of the house. I do so enjoy watching the build with Jerry & Aaron following the plan.
Looks fantastic! Question; from the top of the water line on the dam, how deep will the water be? Over here in Ohio, if the number is greater than 10 feet, we have to carry special insurance. About 35 years ago, the next hill top to my south, the dam burst on a hill side farm pond. The wall of water that went down the valley, lifted the neighbor dairy farmer's freshly mowed hay off the bottom field and floated it away. Luckily there was no major structural damage to anyone down stream. When Matt walked us through the quoting process on this job, I can tell you this - I had no idea of just how big the pond is or how big of a project it was for you guys! Did you "pucker up" as the dozer was sliding sideways - when you were cleaning up the top-inside edge? Gives me the creeps when it happens to me! Great video! Thanks; Mike, Aaron and Jerry! Lee (PS: The ole spoon is a great prognosticator on just how steep the grade is!)
I’m loving how this project is going! I would love to see how the last pond project at the campground is looking and where the water is at if there is any way you could get us an update! Pretty please! 🙏 ❤
Always makes for great viewing guys and it is coming along really well bro.
Safe travels y'all. Ken.
Every crew needs a Jerry to keep them on track
My life flashed before my eyes!!!! And than I saw Jerry's pant legs and sighed in relief! Now to wash the dirt off my face. Thanks for the morning video!!❤
You are lucky toʻ have Jerry helping he seem to know on what to do at all aspects of your work progress.
It sure helps having Jerry running that dozer, that is one huge dam wall you built there, this is a massive little lake. Bye bye to the little dozer that could, it sure came in handy for the smaller stuff for sure, be well friends.
Jerry seems to be able to read your mind where he needs to be doing what he does best 👍🏻🤩👌🏻
That’s how it is when you know what you are doing, read each others mind!
Bless Jerry! He saved us from getting run over!! LOL I want to give that man a hug!
Hi Mike,
Fantastic job!
Jerry is worth his weight in gold!
It's amazing what the three of you can accomplish!
Jerry is the perfect addition to your crew, he provides that dry humor and sarcasm which is the perfect counter to you and Aaron. And he is one hell of an operator. But now, you still need Crash in the equation occasionally to provide that Shemp to you and Aaron as Moe and Curly!
The ol spoon is a great angle guide for us viewers.
When you spoke to us guys after the save by Jerry ,made me smile.lol
Looking great DP and MBTS. Shoutout to Jerry also. I'm glad you made it to the top. I'm ready for the next video already.
Mike, the lake is turning out Beautifully! Aaron is really turning into a very smooth operator for you! His skills have greatly improved as an operator over the past few years! Always Great to have Jerry there when the weather is closing in! Outstanding Job by all three of you! Keep up the Great Work!
You have done so much work on this. I wondered why the dam/lake was wider than the plan. Ol' homeowners! 🤣It looks so good, Mike. Thanks for sharing.
I'm enjoying how green everything is, with no dust & the contrast with the fields and trees. Beautiful
The Pond looks absolutely amazing. I can't wait to see the final touches!
People who have never crabbed across a bank can't enjoy that feeling. After you have done it , it is hard to forget.
Just saw you in a Hyundai commercial on TH-cam!!! Ain’t we all fancy-like!
I see all these comments praising Jerry and Aaron but Mike I thought I’d just give you the MVP award because if not for you, stuff just wouldn’t happen.

Good afternoon Mike and Jerry
You guys are doing an awesome job on this build! Have a blessed day!
Thanks for saving us Jerry!!!!!
Watching Mike drift the 850J like a car was awesome!
Mike, I really like your job site reviews and I especially enjoy learning the “how to’s” of dozer work and pond dam construction.
Great job running the compactor MBTS
Thanks Jerry. I bet your looking forward to be done with this dam and on to the next great project. Stay safe
You gotta lot done with only 2 people all day. It's looking amazing, and having water standing is a great sign.
Again Jerry saved the day and saved us lol I wonder sometimes if Jerry just does what he thinks it should be while your away lol❤❤❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉
DP, we didn't lose you, you dumped us. Thankfully Jerry took the time to find us. You owe him for that!
Yeah, he needs a pay raise $$$

Great job DP and Aaron and Jerry
Getting closer and closer!! Looking good. Keep digging!!
When you were dumping before Aaron came I could really see how high that dam is. Wow! That's a lot of dirt! Love seeing Jerry back on the job!
❤❤❤❤you can see how steep the dam is by the angle of the spoon on the muffler, wow.
it must be nice to have a knowldgeable operator like jerry on the job
Looking real good, cant wait to see completed.
You nearly got us killed... Feeling the love here.. At least you're not making dust clouds now.
Job is looking great guys. Takes a great team to do great work.👍👍

If you get any snow down there the kids could use as a sledding hill.

Podcast time of year yet lol
When Lake Lure dam was over topped some said it was running 5 feet above the dam, concrete of course, but then you probably already knew that.
