Sir in situation hook ' shun,' can also be used instead of applying ish+hook n. It will be much more easier to do.

Good evening sir! Mujhe ye bataiyega ki dictation ke time par Kuch bhi dark nhin krte h Kya. Maine dekha h ki dark krne pr mere bhut SE words chhut ja rhe h. Aur dusri query ye h ki dictation lete samay vowels na lagaun Kya sir, kyonki mujhe lgta h ki us samay vowels laga hi nhin pa rha Hun. Please reply my query soon sir. Thanks and good night!
pata hai. kyunki... while taking dictation its almost impossible to thicken e heavy stroke or put all the vowels. because you have to take all strokes, thats why there is no time to put vowels. Aise hi samajhna hoga konsa stroke dark hai konsa lite. Aur...sirf necessary vowels dene ka kosis karo. jisse ki word ko samajhne me asani ho..

And i am trying to suggest you, focus your mind and write strokes carefully. There will be ordinary same dictation that we generally practice at home. But the environment and dictator will make it tough enough to take a good dictation.
Don't loose hope. Try your best.

Is gel pen is batter than ball pen for steno.
Its depends on you. Bdw i am using ball pen most of the time.
