Finally beat it used different comps
1st fight I used Labyrinth,Luvia Ray,Langley,Serpent and Shalom along with the stun potesta skill as for the buff I picked the top middle one that increases your stats for 50 seconds and then runs out.
2nd fight I used full bleed team + Deren and last stand as for buffs I used the one that increases your skill dmg after basic hits.
3rd fight This one was extremely easy using Lady Pearl, Matilda,Priscilla,Mantis,Owo and Coquelic I used last stand potesta and for the buff I used the Lady pearl buff

I used arcane buff with EEE, Eirene, Kelvin but it was way more work than this Lisa-Labyrinth-Ignite strat.
Just build Lisa, you just need to get her to P1 for immobilize.
edit. EEE, Kelvin, ignite can stall the bosses on the first tile. Probably don't need Kelvin.

You don't really need Lisa, so long as you time your stuns properly. Count six seconds on the timer.
