    That is incredible! People were so incredibly smart back then-perhaps smarter than today. We are losing our creativity quickly with all these technological devices that think for us and we use our brains less. This lathe is just as good as anything we have today-or better! Thank you, I would love to build one like it so I could make bowls and cups like that for myself. I don't like technology much and try to use hand-powered tools and simple things-unfortunately computers are one thing we cannot replicate primitively-yet! Thanks!

    Wonderful, enlightning video! I need these tools and a lathe!
    This man must get very inspired from the pure air and mountainous surroundings.

      Nordic people were clever, viking is a job, nowadays we would call them pirates.
