In total there are 44 non-muted songs which means that there are 28 muted songs. From the 44 songs available, 23 of them were re-licensed exclusively for the Classic Mini, and are not playable in the current arcade version of DDR. The other 21 songs are playable in the arcade game.
Half of the licenses, Reo Nagumo's songs and End of the Century are gone, Trip Machine (and SP-Trip) Paranoia Max and ParaKCET can only be accessed in 3rdMIX: 2ndMIX Mode. That's just sad (if not cursed)
still amazed they were able to license as many of the Dancemania stuff as possible, especially for 3rdMIX, shame about the dj naguero songs being missing but he & most of the Konami team split on bad terms so alot of his songs are gone forever
also the fact that it's easier to officially play the ORIGINAL pre-Internet Ranking build of DDR in modern times is astounding, i'd saying if you're into the niche little things of DDR, the classic mini is worth it
@@iconiclit8945 20, November and jam jam reggae are excluded due to rights issues with the vocals on those songs. Otherwise they would be fair game as Konami kept his songs he made while he was still a Konami employee in bemani games if they didn't have any vocal rights issues. They did remove almost all of his work done as a commissioned artist about 16 years ago, although one of those songs was revived recently in IIDX so perhaps Konami isn't so petty about it anymore.

still amazed konami went out of their way to license several 3rdMIX songs they haven't featured since 4thMIX PLUS, like Upside Down or ROCKBEAT, so even if basically a good portion of the songlist is missing, i'm glad they didn't skimp out on every license as they could've
Good game for home, I’ll buy one, but of that timer is what will be my main concern… I’m not sure if there will be an English patch or a way to turn the timer off. I understand this is not the PS1/PS2 versions of the game.

I believe "GRADIUSIC CYBER ~AMD G5 MIX~" is the only one selectable, but your dancer must be one of the following: Astro Charmy Disc:A Disc:B On the PlayStation version's ReMIX Mode, all four AMD remixes are selectable regardless of dancer selection. Also, shame on the manufacturer for not including DDR 1st Internet Ranking Version, 2ndMIX Link Version and 3rdMIX Plus. If that happened: 1st: Single Maniac and Double Another would be accessible, as well as two more Konami originals "MAKE IT BETTER" and "TRIP MACHINE" 2nd: An unranked "All Music" mode can be accessed by pressing Select R four times on Hard, three more licensed songs would be included, along with Konami originals "MAKE A JAM!" and "PARANOiA KCET ~clean mix~" 3rd: AMD remixes are no longer restricted to select dancers unless 3rdMIX mode is enabled, the rest of the CS originals from 2ndMIX and 3rdMIX would be included, some Korean dance tracks would be included, and licensed songs "HERO ~KCP DISCOTIQUE MIX", "GIMME GIMME GIMME" and "BUMBLE BEE" would be included, and each Nonstop Course would have three levels, unlike the two found in 3rdMIX and EXTREME-X Speaking of 3rdMIX PLUS, I think the songs that would be problematic for inclusion would be "GIMME GIMME GIMME" and most Korean dance tracks. some of the artists who worked on the removed KOs no longer wish to be affiliated with Konami, so yeah explains the removed songs

20年以上前に取得した版権曲の再録と考えれば頑張ってる方なんだろうけど、そのナンバリングの顔ともいえる曲が入ってなかったりするのは寂しいなぁ。

そもそも高額商品な上に事前に収録曲情報は公開されてるわけだし、購入してるのはそれを理解した上で欲しいと思えるコレクター層でしょ。単にDDRがプレイしたいだけなら中古ソフトで済むってのは誰でも理解できる話だしね。
「実際にプレイもできるDDR旧筐体のミニチュア」ってだけで刺さる層はいたし、AC版のインターフェースをここまで“ほぼ”忠実に再現した移植もこれまで無かったから出す価値自体はあるんだよ。個人的には選曲画面が見た目スカスカになるのを覚悟していたので、曲なしとはいえ全ディスクが並んだ見栄えを優先して再現してくれたことがは喜ばしい。
（仕方がないとはいえDYNAMITE RAVEとAFRONOVAについては忠実とはいかなかった事は残念な点）
収録曲見た感じBESTHITSに入ってる曲は優先度下げてそう
当時はダンスマニアの宣伝をすることで版権料の交渉が出来たのと社会現象レベルの大ヒットになったことによる予算増額があったからこのラインナップが実現出来たんだろうな

これでプレーできない曲が地味に多い所を鑑みるに、PS1のCSDDRシリーズの価値がかなり上がった気がする。あれなら挙動がAC版に準じてるとは一部言えないけれどもClassicMiniでプレーできない曲を全部網羅してるし

konami hasn't been able to/can't really be bothered to re-negotiate with the original lyricsts for the song so they have to use the new version

偽パラMAXは無さそうですね。
3rdのキャラ別曲あったなぁ〜2P側でEMIを選ぶとLOVE TO MEが出るのは覚えてる（笑）
2ndのザッツ・ザ・ウェイは確かCランクを取らないと出なかったですね、出すのに苦労するのにやりたくならない代名詞でした（笑）
SP-TRIPのディスクそうだ、金色だった！出すのがフルコンかS判定必要で、前の曲でリトル入れてクリアしてから消すの忘れて始め、泣いた記憶が…（笑）
ちなみにですが、SSRのDAM DARIDAMはロケテの時は酷い譜面（茶屋町チルコポルトの店内筐体がanotherプレイできて、店頭筐体のanotherがSSRだった）で、クリア出来ない人が多発して譜面が簡単になったって話もありましたね〜懐かしい😂
今なら余裕でクリア出来るだろうからどんな譜面だったのか見てみたいものですね〜♪
別コメでも書きましたが、キャラ別曲はありました。ただ、LOVE TO MEも無音収録です。
DAM DARIRAMは3rdに曲付きで収録されていますので、こちらも遊んでみますね。
ただ、そのときのSSR（もしくはAnother）はさすがに無いのかな？
