    Nova man, i hate you. I hate you for making me spend so much on carbon bits from their shop BUT i love you at the same time cause it all turned out great. From a front lip, side mirrors side skirts and a diffuser - my car transformed on a budget. Thanks again for making this vid man :)

    • @novagarage38

      Theres no gap at the center, at the edges it tapers to the edge so theres no gap towards the back on the edges but it does pull away from the edge of the bumper as it tapers towards the rear.

      Yes, I paid around $320 back in October 2019. It looks like they increased the price of the unit and the shipping, most likely because of increased demand or because of price changes with the pandemic. $400 shipped is still a steal for this piece though.

      @@novagarage38 Just curious. Who recommended the seller to you? Sadly i learned the hard way and bought a spoiler from a less reputable seller on aliexpress. I received a totally different spoiler. As you can imagine i'm pissed and feel so stupid for falling for it. Now i'm stuck with a useless spoiler and have 2 options. Return spoiler and get full refund ( who knows if they will actually receive it and I'd have to pay for shipping costs) or 2. I keep it and get half my money back. I rarely get scammed, but they got me this time! Would you totally vouch for HSPEED KSLINE? I'm so hesitant now from ordering through aliexpress. Thanks for any info!

      @novagarage38  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@tsamonte Aliexpress does have buyer protection so if you have an issue with something you purchased, you should be able to open a dispute case and be refunded. I would try contacting the seller and asking them to send a replacement, I have been sent the wrong items before (albiet smaller items) and have had the seller send me a replacement, they are usually good about this in fear of negative reviews. I kind of found them on my own. I noticed that all the ebay stores and random proformance parts sites were selling the same exact spoiler, rebranded, so I just simply tracked down the source, I am familiar with aliexpress/alibaba as I've used them many times before for ecom suppliers. Once I found JPSportline was the manufacturer, I confirmed with them that HSpeed KSLine was a partnered distributer. They have also been on aliexpress for 9 years and have decent feedback, so its safe to assume they are legit. Scam seller will usually have not been on aliexpress that long as they get banned after enough complaints. Aliexpress is great, just be mindful of the sellers stats (reviews and years on aliexpress) which you can see if you click the feedback tab on the sellers store page.

I'd say something along the lines of I'm very disappointed that your company sent me the wrong item and now youre inconveniencing me with the hassle of having to return the item, and being how it was not my fault, and being whoever at your company sent me the wrong item's fault, I should not have to incur the return shipping expense. I am very disappointed with your customer service, your company should take full responsibility for the mistakes your employees make. Something along those lines to elicit fear negative review. It's most likely its not worth it for them to pay the return shipping to China and they'd just refund you. What is the name of the aliexpress store out of curiosity?
