  • Analysing a multibody part of Boom of a Telehandler by exporting it from Dynamic Simulation Environment to Stress Analysis Environment applying a load of 2040 kg(20000N).

    I wonder if it is real to use bonded contact since those are welded plates.

      You can create weld beads on the welded components and can therefore consider a bonded contact between beads and components, you must disable bonded contacts between various components, this way the result will be more realistic.
      But, as the calculation will more complex so it might take a lot of time.

    Hi I faces over constrain error while i entered to dynamic simulation. I tried too hard to remove the error but it's not works. Can you help me
    I learnt this software by my self so I have not clear fundamental for work flows like use of flexible command

      Hi Manish, you must apply minimum possible constraints to the assembly in such a way that the part can move freely as you want it to and yet is not over constrained.
      To start with create an assembly containing 3 parts. Try applying constraints logically. For example instead of applying a coincident constraint between axis of shaft with axis of hole, you can apply a coincident constraint between a point on axis of shaft and a point on hole and then apply angular constraint between two faces on both parts.

      To learn Inventor properly start with the tutorials incorporated in the software. Once you have completed all the tutorials you will have a good command on it
