Hi, I FINALLY figured out what brand of food coloring that you're using ("AmeriColor") but what exact colors are you using? For example, you say "Pink", but they have "Soft Pink" and "Deep Pink". Can you please be more detailed in what you use? I still haven't figured out what brand of sprinkles your using. I even e-mailed you asking, and I never got a reply.

Have you checked if your gel colouring can be dissolved in fat? I live in Brazil, and here we have some types of food colouring that can be blended only in water based mixtures.

Are they new? Very old gel colors will not mix at all. Other than that, it just takes a long time to blend them. I use americolor as well and they work just fine
@@lulygb they do? So no streaks of colour in your buttercream? No matter how long i mix them i still get those streaks, especially when its warm and the buttercream sweats. I usually end up colouring the meringue before adding butter but that usually makes the colour less vibrant.
@@jopiang yeah Im pretty sure you colors might have gone bad or expired, thats exactly what happens when they are old, they dont incorporate and they are just a streaky mess
