I checked again, you actually don't need it. On Bello Betty stage you can leave 2 of the mob girls alive after defeating Betty, then take 1 girl out per turn ez.
Even if you have just 150 points , you must buy Rayleigh man. Giving a very useful support to luffy. Reduce bind despair and paralysis by 2 turns once in a battle.

You should be fine without much cc, all legends in the vid had +160 atk/HP at time of recording and sea monster had +100 atk/hp
When u realize he only bring buff/debuff remover as crew but still winning
