i really enjoyed watching this. So much so I did my own play though in the same map. I used the Guardians scenario though and my word it was fun. I did go a slightly different way than you did. I made a castle in the same spot as you, but then made a fort out in the middle of my farm fields. Also, the Alien plasma turrets are bonkers.
hey cat, enjoy your videos and the kinds of games you like. you heard the saying "players will optimize the fun out of games?" seems like many games, you figure out a process and if you just follow the process, you always "win." and so you get bored. games have to have many challenges which require a new process to be developed, in order to put off them becoming boring. so question - which game do you think you could play the most number of actual playing hours before you get bored? or another way of phrasing this - which game offers you the most variety of challenges that require you to develop new processes to deal with them? thanks! i'm in a gaming slump now because whenever i start up a game i'm like "i've done this before and i know how it goes and i know what i have to do." others' comments appreciated to.
