My sweet brother JD He is very talented. He knows the history for sure. He is one of a kind. Loves life, his family and the lord.!! Beautiful video.!!🙏🙏🙏 Thanks for doing the video of JD.!!!!
He has always been as nice and friendly with everybody as he is being to two. I always lived about 15 minutes past him on greasy creek and I remember being a small child going with my dad to buy everything we gardened with and if you really want to hear a crazy coincidence his stepson Tim that he mentioned earlier, I’m literally looking at his daughter Kimberly right now. It’s crazy sometimes how things just connect out of the blue. Watching this video makes me wish I was just a kid again and going there with my dad, and I loved watching his water wheel when I was young and still loved watching it when I got old.
I really enjoy the video !! Mr JD is a character !! enjoyed listening to him tell his tales , he;d be hard to get away from for me , i could listen all day , Talented feller too !! Thanks Yall !! Speaking of Blacksmiths , there was an Old Black man here that use to build grabs for the pulpwood haulers years ago , said he could build about anything out a metal , i know for a fact , he could whittle out some of the finest ax handles i ever seen & any kind of handle , Gun Stocks from walnut he was a very talented man & was Good Man too . Thanks for the video !!
JD is sharp as a tack! Love his stories. He seems such an interesting character. I’d like to see even more of him from time to time. Bless him in his health struggles, he is a book of knowledge we need to read. ❤
I really enjoyed the video of J.D. He is a few left of the old time mountain folks. He seems down to earth, honest, intelligent, interesting and likeable. Thanks for sharing this video! 😊❤
Awesome follow up with JD Napier and Tony Coyote's! Men like them are National Treasures in our country! Such great stories, music and such craftsman! Thanks for sharing again!👍
Nothing better than sitting on the front porch listening to a good ole boy whose life may be simple tell stories. Then you know how blessed one man can be.❤
JD had the wireless mic that came with the DJI and I think the one my wife had on sounded better than his, I had the sister microphone to hers but I kept forgetting to pick it up and hold it because I was too dumb to pin it to my shirt. When you're behind the camera you get used to taking shortcuts you can't do in front of the camera and sometimes they bite you on the butt.
Your overall stuff is pretty good. You guys always have fun, you like the subject you’re taping plus you work hard to let your viewers know what’s going on. Pretty good I say
One thing for sure- Eastern Kentucky has some beautiful women... spent some time around Middlesboro/ Pineville... a "Jackson" girl... Great story with honest guy... he could probably tell some flood stories.
Hello guys, I love y’all’s videos, I was hoping I could contact you to pick your brain about places to visit off the beaten path. Love to talk or email, if you’re willing to

Thanks Craig, my wife loves her microphone, says she can finally be heard over my big mouth lol
@@IgnitedCoyote well now that she has her own mic…we may find out she’s not the quiet soft spoken lady we thought she was.
