Last february I was admitted due to autoimmune disease, it was the toughest battle in my life, I couldnt recognized myself but my family was always there for me, reminding me everytime to be strong and keep my faith in God, in my stay in the hospital my sisters would always sang me hill songs like this to ease the pain i felt somehow, and true to that her voice is healing, it was like im listening to the word of God and angels are singing unto me, these songs saved me and now Im currently diagnosed SLE, i was having a hard time to absorb everything, and i am now continuously fight this disease as how my sister continue to sang for me worship songs which strengthens me and keep my faith in God stronger. I pray to God and beleived his plan and reasons for everything that came to me, I thank all the people who prayed for me and continuously praying for me, and to the people who are going to read this here, can i ask for your prayer for me? Here are some of these questions, which I invite you to seek answers for on your own: 1. How can we be 100% sure about the sequence of historical events that took place some 2000 years ago, when we cannot be sure about events that took place yesterday and different witnesses report different versions of the same incident ? 2. How can we be sure about the veracity of different versions of the same event when the stories supposedly describing the event were written more than 50 years after the event took place ? 3. Why and how do we, as human beings, inherit the wrong doings of previous generations when we never witnessed or experienced those wrong doings and we have no idea how we would have reacted if we were in the same position as those generations who committed those wrongs ? 4. Is there a system of justice in the world which punishes people on the wrong doings of previous generations ? And if such a system does exist what would be our moral position towards it ? Can it be right and proper, let alone be regarded as coming from a wise and perfect source ? 5. We are most likely to be stupid and arrogant to doubt the mere existence of God. But, can we even begin to comprehend WHAT God is, when we cannot comprehend what an infinite number is ? Or what an immaterial God is, when we are made of matter ? 6. Can we understand WHO God is by our own observations of this universe or by looking into ourselves ? May be we can describe some basic ideas and themes about God from our own observations and experiences, such as POWER, BEAUTY, INTRICACY, INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, AWESOMENESS, GRANDEUR, KNOWLEDGE, MAJESTY, etc. BUT, how can we be sure as to whether he is good or evil, one or multiple, loving or spiteful, frivolous or serious ? 7. Who do we need to go, to know about God ? 8. What does it mean for God to have a son, let alone an only son ? Does he NEED to have one ? 9. How significant are we to an infinite God ? And how do we know about our own significance ? 10. How do we know what God wants from us or what he wants to do with us ? 11. How grave is the act of disobeying God ? Does it not depend on what or how it was disobeyed ? Can it be forgiven ? 12. Is there a simpler way for God to forgive an act of wrong than having to commit murder of himself (if this makes any comprehensible sense) or other ? What would the simpler way be ?

Hello. I wish you love and peace and I do not want to diminish, judge or criticise your faith, as I have my own. But, I observe how our human mind is so powerful in weaving together a beautiful and sophisticated story and philosophy, so intricate and deep in its meanings, yet when one analyses it with common sense questions, huge cracks start appearing in it and a more simple and rational version emerges that preserves our faith in the main theme of the story, yet puts us on a stronger footing when talking to ourselves and others.
Here are some of these questions, which I invite you to seek answers for on your own:
1. How can we be 100% sure about the sequence of historical events that took place some 2000 years ago, when we cannot be sure about events that took place yesterday and different witnesses report different versions of the same incident ?
2. How can we be sure about the veracity of different versions of the same event when the stories supposedly describing the event were written more than 50 years after the event took place ?
3. Why and how do we, as human beings, inherit the wrong doings of previous generations when we never witnessed or experienced those wrong doings and we have no idea how we would have reacted if we were in the same position as those generations who committed those wrongs ?
4. Is there a system of justice in the world which punishes people on the wrong doings of previous generations ? And if such a system does exist what would be our moral position towards it ? Can it be right and proper, let alone be regarded as coming from a wise and perfect source ?
5. We are most likely to be stupid and arrogant to doubt the mere existence of God. But, can we even begin to comprehend WHAT God is, when we cannot comprehend what an infinite number is ? Or what an immaterial God is, when we are made of matter ?
6. Can we understand WHO God is by our own observations of this universe or by looking into ourselves ? May be we can describe some basic ideas and themes about God from our own observations and experiences, such as POWER, BEAUTY, INTRICACY, INTELLIGENCE, WISDOM, AWESOMENESS, GRANDEUR, KNOWLEDGE, MAJESTY, etc. BUT, how can we be sure as to whether he is good or evil, one or multiple, loving or spiteful, frivolous or serious ?
7. Who do we need to go, to know about God ?
8. What does it mean for God to have a son, let alone an only son ? Does he NEED to have one ?
9. How significant are we to an infinite God ? And how do we know about our own significance ?
10. How do we know what God wants from us or what he wants to do with us ?
11. How grave is the act of disobeying God ? Does it not depend on what or how it was disobeyed ? Can it be forgiven ?
12. Is there a simpler way for God to forgive an act of wrong than having to commit murder of himself (if this makes any comprehensible sense) or other ? What would the simpler way be ?
