Gold Wire Drawing Machine - Jewellery Making

In this video, I am showing you how to draw gold silver or copper wire using wire drawing machine. This is a traditional hand operated wooden machine . This is a single pass die machine. We have to use diamond die in this for perfect wire.
This is a tar machine and not a path machine. You can use a roller machine as well as an alternative. This machine is type of a wooden setup.
This is not a automatic machine. This is a hand operated machine.

Nice, I have been using old coffee tins to wrap my wire around before I pull it through my draw plate, this is a very elegant solution, maybe I need to build something similar in my shop.
Also, this reminds me of a cassette tape.

Crazy! I've never thought to anneal wire with a lighter. What a creative and useful tool too! The wire management is great, I know whenever I'm drawing wire through my drawplate and it's long I inevitably get a kink or a twist in the wire and this solves it.

That is probably a melting issue . Remelt and check

2. Pital or Steel do meh se konsa dies zyada behtar hai ?

It's always better to use diamond dies . There are many qualities of it . Dies give accurate measurement and less loss .
