Meta Knight is just a puff ball like Kirby, difference is he has inverted colours and wears a mask and a cape with wings to differentiate himself. Unlike Kirby he probably doesn't swallow enemies.
Due to the SNES’ limitations , Meta Knight appears pink because he’s intended to be shaded as the sunset’s light is illuminating him. Solid pink color looks a lil weird , but it’s to match the environment he’s presented in.
Honestly, moments like these really make clear just how capable Kirby is of utterly wrecking someone's shit. Wrecked an entire military grade battleship in under 20 minutes of getting on it. You go, you pink puff boy.
For too long Dream Land's wallowed in listless dallying For the people have suffered under a lazy tirant king But now the time has come to change everything For the end of all the indolence we will bring!
Remember the Ship that crashed into the Ocean at the end here? That part WASN'T Orange Ocean, It's actually Secret Sea in a Future Game! Meta Knight Apparently missed his Ship and wanted it Airborne again, so in-between or in other games (Like Dreamland 3) Meta Knight took his time to repair it, it was until Squeak Squad was the Ship finally fully repaired and launched back up into the Sky and into Space! It stuck around cause Kirby didn't attack it like he did here in Super Star
... I have a theory, that meta knight was supposed to die in this game. You barely see anything escape from the ship once it starts to sink, other than smoke. but somehow, he came back for the amazing mirror.
One thing I really never understood was Kirby's motivation to prevent Meta Knight from ruling Dreamland. Well, other than Kirby may like laziness. But I'm still thinking there's something else that he wants, maybe he cares for Dedede? Ik it's not deep but still,,,
Meta Knight's battleship, the Halberd, has 150 cannons total. It wouldn't have just allowed a takeover of Dream Land, it very well could destroy it. Furthermore, Kirby only knows Meta Knight will attack using the Halberd, not that He plans to take over Dream Land.
Meta Knight could more than likely have desired to force the dreamlanders to do things his way, which is technically oppression and Kirby did not allow that to happen possibly.
Hey, I wanted to use the portion of the video where you fight Meta Knight in a video I’m making. Would it be ok if I used your gameplay from Super Star and Super Star Ultra? Lemme if it’s ok or not. Thank you! I will credit you!
At the end of the day, the player controls Kirby. You could play the game without swallowing any enemies at all and just use the power up platforms with only bosses as compulsory enemies to defeat. You don't have to kill waddle dees and chickens.
...ok as a fan of my swordman I still have to say why why do you feel bad JIT CRAFTED A FRIKIN DOOMSDAY SHIP AND YA GONNA LET EM TAKE OVER btw isnt it weird that kirby CAN LITERALY DESTROY WAR SHIPS IN MIERE MINUTES AND GODS LIKE MARX IN SECONDS BRO WHAT LIKE JIT HAS TO BE A GOD LIKE PINK PUFFBALL MORE LIKE PINK WAR MACHINE

this is a literal one man army destroying an entire ship full of soldiers and powerful weapons in less than half an hour
I miss this game so damn much me , my grandma and little brother used to play this a lot back when I was in elementary school I’m gonna miss them days
22:12 this part always scared me, the music is really ominous.
19:58 I've done the same thing during that autoscroller! Just... Dancing to pass the time.
22:03 wait Metanight is just blue kirby?
Always has been
I think hes the same species of kirby
Its heavy implied that Kirby and Meta Knight are the same species, Meta Knight must be a little older
Meta Knight is just a puff ball like Kirby, difference is he has inverted colours and wears a mask and a cape with wings to differentiate himself. Unlike Kirby he probably doesn't swallow enemies.
It is unconfirmmed, but for now, kinda
0:24 I can’t be the only one who gets confused on why meta knight looks pink in this shot.
Due to the SNES’ limitations , Meta Knight appears pink because he’s intended to be shaded as the sunset’s light is illuminating him. Solid pink color looks a lil weird , but it’s to match the environment he’s presented in.
@@eltorothemaniac oh ok thx
Just saying, blocking an attack will still hurt kirby.
Only for some attacks though. Most basic enemy attacks don't hurt if blocked and only a few boss attacks hurt
13:40 When I’m triggered
What ever happened to Sailor Waddle Dee
He's dead
The same thing that probably happened to Bandana Dee in Revenge of King DeDeDe
RaZROBLOXX Meta Knight didn't die though... so maybe Sailor Waddle Dee is still alive
Meta Knight flew off. Waddle Dees don't have wings. Except me, of course.
If kirby mass attack is cannon, hes still alive
4:58: I love how synchronized this is
1:52 I’ll get you heavy lobster and it’s the last I ever dooooo!
21:29 why is he scared, he's not even fighting anyone
He doesn't want anyone to die. 😟
@@ethnictendo well who cares now cuz meta knight killed me 3 times
@@thrashmobin6235 Oh okay is all good 😀
He probably just doesn’t wanna die but now has so much PTSD that he literally cannot move, And does not have any strength and courage to evacuate.
Because Meta Knight made a death threat against Kirby, Sailor knows things are about to get pretty intense
Best part of the game, no doubt. Also one of the hardest parts.
In my opinion this is by far the worst
@@alexsilva28 nah, this was great, I'm sorry to inform you about your skill issue diagnosis.😔
Yeah, a few parts were somewhat harder, still easier than Great Cave Offensive.
Honestly, moments like these really make clear just how capable Kirby is of utterly wrecking someone's shit. Wrecked an entire military grade battleship in under 20 minutes of getting on it. You go, you pink puff boy.
Meta Knight: "Do you want Total War?"
The title sounds like .EXE music
Jamarri Taylor, title, you mean.
Scary music
More like a warning song.
For too long Dream Land's wallowed in listless dallying
For the people have suffered under a lazy tirant king
But now the time has come to change everything
For the end of all the indolence we will bring!
ah hah. I know that song.
Love that song lol
Me: (going to the ship) OH, HELLO THERE
Meta Knight: what the
it's crazy how we remembered so little about the effects, like i never remembered the tornado effects for meta knight
1:58 I’ll get you heavy lobster and it’s the last thing I ever dooo!
21:29 Moments that changed my brain chemistry
Axe Knight is mostly afraid about this
22:51
R.I.P halberd
Everything from kirby is so cute
the music is like a begin scene in a classic cartoon
23:01 best thing ever
0:54
Me on my way to play Doom Eternal early.
The moment they underestimate Kirby is the moment their downfall begins.
It stuck around cause Kirby didn't attack it like he did here in Super Star
who else took a second to listen at what the Halberd pilots were saying?
The menu and the music match halloween perfectly.
22:02 Oh sh*t I need to go change real quick brb! 22:21 ok done now let’s finish this!
I've never seen the cannon beaten so fast...
...
I have a theory, that meta knight was supposed to die in this game.
You barely see anything escape from the ship once it starts to sink,
other than smoke. but somehow, he came back for the amazing mirror.
It actually makes sense, considering he does not appears in any of the Dark Matter trilogy game
U see something fly off as the ship falls to the sea tho, it has to be him.
While I was playing this half of my attention was on the actual game while the other half was reading the text boxes
10:58-11:09 SPAMMING A HAMMER FLIP
Nah he just lazy
@@Splatfan92 LOL I do not remember this comment. Genuinely thanks for reminding me. It's nice to look back on.
It's a shame that Wheelie it isn't in Star Allies
To me, this game is the true climax of the SNES.
16:47 me salvaste
gracias retroarchive
When someone forces Kirby to do sport
This is what happens
Hey, I wanted to use the portion of the video where you fight Meta Knight in a video I’m making.
Would it be ok if I used your gameplay from Super Star and Super Star Ultra? Lemme if it’s ok or not.
Thank you! I will credit you!
ScareScraper Totals of F4 24:23 Penguin Toadette
I used to play this back in the day
why does kirby bully the good guys and bad guys
What good guys?
@@jaxthewolf4572 y'know, the civilians like waddle dees n stuff and also those random chickens and chicks
At the end of the day, the player controls Kirby. You could play the game without swallowing any enemies at all and just use the power up platforms with only bosses as compulsory enemies to defeat. You don't have to kill waddle dees and chickens.
Cuz like why not
@@movingaccountsyeha6991 The Waddle Dees actually attack Kirby, which is why he takes damage when they touch him.
Best in the collection
Love how kirby is fine with meta knight and dedede until they step out of line
I love this game about destroying the halberd, because it's up to me to stop that thing.
It was honestly a close call for me in the ending, the timer was at 3, I had 0 lives left but I somehow made it
20:34 awwww
I played this on the Nintendo Switch!
Really a better experience when there's no lag
Game glitched on me at 13:41. Hull won't open for me from the damage. Waiting for countdown to go to zero and see if dying fixes it.
9:40 YOU PUMMELED MACE KNIGHT LIKE HE WAS NOTHING!!!!!!
this is why he's in the L.o.E.
Riding through the Sunset Paradise
What happened with Captain Vul? He only apperance in Kirby Super Star and Kirby Super Star Ultra.
The wiki said he left for good after escaping.
8:43 what is going on
They shot at Dyna Blade.
Omega William95 did they kill her?
i felt very bad for meta knight and his crew
...ok as a fan of my swordman I still have to say why why do you feel bad JIT CRAFTED A FRIKIN DOOMSDAY SHIP AND YA GONNA LET EM TAKE OVER btw isnt it weird that kirby CAN LITERALY DESTROY WAR SHIPS IN MIERE MINUTES AND GODS LIKE MARX IN SECONDS BRO WHAT LIKE JIT HAS TO BE A GOD LIKE PINK PUFFBALL MORE LIKE PINK WAR MACHINE

@@PKwooper8281 Why are you stuttering like some kinda loser
Hold up couldn't kirby use the warp star on the escape part?
Yes but using a wheelie is a better flex
At some point, I got stuck in this part of my gameplay (13:51)
At 16:19 you missed the secret in the cloud
