Indian Doctors take pledge at the time of degree award convocation, to serve poor and downtrodden with compassion and they work in villages for at least 2 years and posted accordingly by govt. There they pick up kindness, service to humanity as the basic principles. Subsequently, they can work at the cities and hospitals as per their choice. Indian doctors adopt to the culture and environment of the country/place of work and win the hearts of local populace and work for the economic development of the country thery serve in. That is the reason, why all countries love to have Indians, who put religion inside their homes and work for the benefit of the country they live in by mingling with the locals.
