I just found this in my random Playlist that TH-cam creates when I was listening to Eternal Champion and Megaton Sword and I think I found my third Heavy Metal style band that I love, this is amazing and the art is so cool
Holy fuck, I initially came here from Eternal Champion (and Visigoth-their entwined into my youtube recommendations) too! This song has since been burned into my soul, and every time, silently and into the air, my fingers play, my face emotes, then my mouse somehow clicks replay before Involker or Traitors Gate can shuffle on. (The cover art, and the most of the song, esp the last harmony, brings back memories of Golden Axe?). Also, the Robert E Howard (Validor are all aboutConan) / H P Lovecraft (EC are are all old gods) dynamic?.... Art. Music, prose, visual art, etc etc.... it all weaves a rich tapestry. I'm a little tipsy on this friday night and I think I just need to hit reply or delete and listen to Megaton Sword... Or Bal Sagoth. Not sure
Thanks for linking this song. I'd never heard of Domine. That song is like Maiden, Helloween and Virgin Steele.... Both songs are different, but both bands made them their own. I wish copywrite as it applied to music was a little more relaxed, so great up and coming bands could meddle with and build upon the themes from those that came before them.
