I have a similar one. My is a 2000w, 18 AH battery, 60v, etc. It goes up to 32 mph and has a 20 mile range. It takes 4 to 8 hours to fully charge it. It takes about 4 hours for me from half charged. I make a lot of vids to show how they work as there are so few out there. Most of them are people trying to sell them.
It seems like a lot of people have stopped selling them. I lucked out and bought a similar from Walmart. They inspired me so much when riding them I started making videos like the Super 73 and Ariel Rider guys. Like you said, everyone is selling them, but I wish people would just make videos of them riding them.
I have the Mototec too. Mine is 2000w, 18 AH and 60v. I bought mine from Walmart for under $1500 with a 3 year warranty. Mine goes up to 32 mph and has a 20 mile range and I believe it was worth the price.
THere are cheap alternatives, but you get what you pay for. Those china knockoffs have bad welds, crappy batteries and no parts availability. Do some research, and you will find out.
Sheer aesthetics, much like excess camber on a drift car; though it should deliver the grippy drift demeanor it's aiming to project provided its surface contact.

what I miss in such presentations is showing their real performance riding uphill. There are many cities with many uphill routes

Too expensive. Fat tire looks cool but whTs the point? With a thinner tire u. COuld go faster, further. Golf sucks.
