Patient Information System | C# | Visual Studio | Final Year Project

- I have developed software Patient Information System in C# using visual studio 2015. The database I'm using with this is Microsoft SQL Server 2012
This project has following features:
- Adds, edits, deletes patient record
- Adds, edits, deletes room record
- Assign particular available room to the patient
- Records medical information like disease, status of disease, prescription etc.
- Shows all the patient with details like in which room he is placed and his disease, the doctor and medicine given to that patient
- Discharges patient by collecting payment information and saving it to the database

Visual studio 2015
I do not understand. All about text, pictures, voices. Why not forced file formate like .pdf? Then just whatever format of reading? Picture or movie, pixels with time stamp or without, voice intensities in ratios and time stamp, text pixel network. 😅

Dear I tried sending you project file but Gmail has blocked attaching the file for security purposes. Please check the link under my video description from where you can directly download whole project's rar file. Only thing you have to do is to create database yourself because I accidentally lost the database. Check you email for database information
