Eating a quality high fat diet is the only thing that truly changed my skin.. no skin cream or supplement did what a high fat diet has done. My skin is so glowy plump and dewy.
You are so right the hate is so awful on social media. I think to myself “a woman’s worse enemy can be another woman”. I enjoyed this video, a little of everything. Sending blessings to you and yours 😊
I totally agree with you ! God gave us brains and we need to use them. ❤ To me judging someone is a lazy way of thinking. We don’t know why that person made that choice?? Maybe it was to benefit their family instead of worrying about something temporary. It makes me sad that influencers have to go through the mean comments. We are made different for a reason. This world would be so boring otherwise. I watch you because you add meaning to your videos. You explain the formulas of different products. That helps a lot. Keep shining Tash✨⭐️
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It truly means a lot to me. I agree-everyone’s choices are personal, and there’s no need for judgment. I’m so glad you find my content helpful. Keep shining too ✨❤️
Love your thoughts in the video. Appreciate your content. Always feel like we could be great friends in person. Thanks for sharing the two hair products
your very pretty i think you look great just the way you are but you do whats good for you and what makes you happy heck with what everyone else says . i love your videos and enjoy you sharing your thoughts on things . thanks for sharing tash .😊❤
Definitely. I don’t have much to share as we didn’t start digging yet. So far we got the house plan down, graveled the driveway, cleared the land, mapped out where the house will be, got the well drilled, and septic + digging the foundation out & grading is hopefully next! 🤞🏼
I think whether we use insecurities to judge others' choices or to make decisions for ourselves, we're still listening to our insecurities and therefore our decision making is skewed and it's just going to validate what we want not what's best.
I hear what you're saying. I think it can be easy to entangle decision making with our own insecurities. but we see this all the time. I think our foundation and our beliefs should never be compromised when making decisions. and the decisions we make based on that will vary person to person.
Agh! I’ve taken a break from dysport for the exact same reason! I like my eyes without it, but I hate my forehead wrinkles, they’re prominent. And I did get my 11’s done previously and it didn’t matter, but my eyes are very hooded. And it doesn’t last longer than about 8 weeks for me. Love the self growth part, I need to work on that too.
@@TashVitorsky I may need to try that, I’ve done Botox, jouveau, and dysport. I won’t lie, the horror stories scare me. I know someone that got Bell’s palsy after injecting too
yes, there are risks with aesthetic treatments. and I do wish there was more awareness around possible risks and side effects so that we can make more informed decisions. but everyone evaluates the risks and makes a decision for themselves based on that. this can be applied to nearly anything in life 💕
Good day. I love this time of year. Im a EMPATH, I feel the emotional energy from anyone i come in contact with. I to have worked with my therapist to minimize feeling that I need to please and care for people. Have you tried the Linx lashes DASH yet? They are little lash adhesive DASHES on paper that can be used on ANY DIY lash extensions clusters. I've even used them on strip lashes for above and underneath lash applications. I've been using Pure Unfiltered Castor Oil on my face mixed with my nightly face sleep cream. My skin loves it and is so plump every morning. Red light does work wonders. I receive Botox for my chronic Migraines quarterly. You have to really TRUST your injector. Do your research and if they don't inject in the correct areas to control what you need to be controlled, don't let them inject your face. The injector should show you 1st before they begin. I'm a side sleeper, so the GLOW pillow is amazing for my face and DIY lash extensions. Everyone please show kindness and have an adventurous weekend. ❤
I love your comment. Your attitude and energy a a whole 💕 It makes such a big difference when we are aware and grow. 🌱 Migraines are horrible. I’m glad you’re able to find relief. But you are right, it’s so important to find someone who talks you through it and sees you as a whole rather than a dollar sign. and yes I have tried the dashes. I use them here and there. I think they’re great for a quick lash look, but do take some getting used to. I’m glad you like them as well 🥰 also, I recently bought castor oil myself. mainly for my eyebrows every night. it’s a bit too occlusive for my skin to use all over but I do like to use it occasionally. it’s great ✨
Tash! Lol I thought I was the only one with trouble getting my sentences and or words out in the morning!!!! lol 😂 That was me before my coffee. Too funny’ ✌️
I am curious what changed with your opinons about the longterm effects of dysport as the reason you stopped before, vs now. I genuinely love your content. Where did the scared of the longterm effects go?
hummm love this... but wouldn't insecurity be the lens thru which people see aging and wrinkles and therefore the motive to seek treatments like botox and such? Just a thought..
yes, I agree. I think there is insecurity tied to a lot of aesthetic things we do. and we have to be honest with ourselves about it. same thing with Invisalign that I got as an adult. I was always self conscious about my crooked teeth so got Invisalign to straighten them out. and I am so happy that I did. risks vary treatment to treatment and something like Invisalign seems minuscule in terms of risk. but the basis for why we do it remains the same for most people. the quote regarding the insecurity was more so targeted towards how we see other people’s decisions. and she brought up epidurals as an example. usually there’s the “natural” vs “unnatural” camp and both sides tend to judge the other for their decisions. and we have to ask ourselves why is that the case and why do I feel strongly about what option someone chose, esp when it doesn’t affect me personally? at the end of the day we are all adults and my mindset is to allow people to make their own decisions without any judgment on my part.
@@TashVitorsky I think everything you said is true. It's very important that we navigate the internet, specially the social media world wisely. When I was growing up the only opinions I had to deal with were my family's and a few friends. Nowadays we're bombarded with opinions and information from everywhere and about anything and everything, everyone has something to say, everyone is trying to convince us of something. The most important thing we can so is to be centered in who we are and what we believe in and not let everything that comes our way sway us, otherwise we'll always be lost and confused.
Women should be able to get Botox & fillers ect as long as it looks good, is safe & makes them happy. It’s a part of self care. Fake nails & makeup are like enhancements as well so not much of a difference in my opinion 🤷🏽♀️ I agree with what you said about hate culture it’s like Georgie Stevenson says on her podcast about getting triggered it’s like a mirror & teaches us a lesson to work through limiting beliefs. 💓
I agree with you. I feel the same. we enhance ourselves through other means. obv botox has diff risks compared to something like skincare but the reason why we do it is the same. I ended up looking up the last part bc it rly interested me and one of her tiktoks came up. she was talking about how a lot of times people judge through their lens. if we dont fit into their framework, they judge or criticize. I see this a lot online. so good.
I don’t think Botox is the answer. I think all the things that you are doing to take care of yourself should be good enough. You should welcome the aging process and you are beautiful just the way you are. Why do we have to be perfect? I want to look good too, but I don’t think I would go to the length of doing Botox.
13:09 Thank you for the hack! Totally trying this! I don't like Teflon pans..
some ppl do the water hack but it doesn’t always work for me
but yes, stainless steel is amazing! and we also have cast iron for steaks etc
@@TashVitorskyawww we have 3 cast iron pans, we love them too! 💕
