Jester Funeral Tribute 2000

This was a version I prepared for Jester's funeral in 2000. It uses material I had already produced and obtained from precious promo versions and a draft cut of the documentary "Jester! The Amen Man". No narration here - just music, clips and commentary by Jester and associates who knew him.

I had the privilege of singing in a Jester Hairston directed choir. He was such a master at getting great tones and expression out of choirs. One of the most pleasurable experiences in a choir setting I ever experienced. A lovely man!
