I'm the person who asked the follow-up question. I actually thought he might have been joking when he said this. He actually LAUGHED. He hates undocumented immigrants, and couldn't care less about rape victims. The amazing woman who asked the original question has met with him in person twice to talk about this issue, but he pretended he'd never heard about the rape kit backlog issue at this town hall.
