- Today I successfully got another 30 days on top of my 60 day tourist visa and now I want to share my experience with you and give a few tips on how to make the process as smooth as possible.

Great video thanks! Did you have to book a flight out and add it to your documentation to get your 60 day visa? I want to stay for 3 months so don;t want to book a ticket out after 2 months.
hi hope your well. i plan i traveling thailand/SE Asia for around 8 months starting in November. i seen that i need to apply for a visa before i can go to Thailand and need to show proof of return flights. as i plan on keep extending my visa out there does the flight coming back to the UK need to be within the first 60 days or can it be in 8 months for example. thanks

Hey mate, I saw online that a TM30( notification from your residence/hotel) form is required as well, is this not the case?
Does that passport photos you give them need to match the passport picture itself ? Of just same style of phot

is the extension 30 past your original entry expiry or is it from the date you request the extension?
So just to understand, you didn't have a return ticket booked when you flew in initially? They didn't check this or you changed your outgoing flight? Thanks
No I booked one way and got lucky that they didn’t check for an onward flight. But that might always be the case.
if i use airbnb , whicih accommodation proof I can give them ?
After that you have to do a visa run not another extension
I will be extending my 30 day visa exempt this week. Were you requested to show extension of covid insurance? Maybe this is not necessary?
Hi mate I’m flying out on Sunday on the visa exemption scheme as I’ve got an exit flight booked which I don’t plan on using. I’ve got everything I need for an extension besides the last photocopy of the current visa stamp and departure card TM6. Can you elaborate what this is please
Hi man, so you’ll get the TM6 form on the flight into thailand. It’s basic information about your passport and entry into the country. Then when you land an immigration officer will stamp your passport. they will tear part of the TM6 and give it back to you. Hope this helps 🙌🏻

Hi pal. I'm coming Thailand on 10th June till 26th July do you think it would be best to get the 30 day visa on arrival then later extend it for another 30days which will cover my last 17 days any information would be much appreciated cheers
It's entirely up to you. I only went with the 60 day visa online as I knew I wanted to travel long term and wanted to know exactly how many days I would have in Thailand which is no 90 days. I'd say do visa exempt on arrival which will give you 30 days then you can extend it easily when the time comes.
You say to get everything before you go there but on your list it says to get the form at their office?!?

only thing incorrect about this video is the passport photo size. it should be Thai passport photo size not UK/ europe
I didn’t have a problem with the UK sizes when I brought mine
how did you get a 60 day tourist visa? it said i cant get 60 days i can only get 30 days. and can i go extent the same day i arrive?
I applied online for the 60 day e visa, followed the process and was accepted within a week. I am not sure if you can extend the day you arrive as I have heard stories of people getting days cut short. I went maybe a week before my expiry date and was fine - I didn't lose any days.
