That is in April 30th but due to Coronavirus, people would likely spend that day inside. Even though we dont really celebrate this day with festival or parade, it is really sad considering April 30th is one of the days that change the face of Vietnam.

If your considering traveling to Ireland, for the love of God, don't waste your money. The only months you should considering visiting in are late July and early August and dress relatively warm! Hoodies, t-shirts, jeans and a rain coat/heavy coat!!
