"ರತ್ನಾಕರ ಧೌತಪದಾಂ ಹಿಮಾಲಯ ಕಿರೀಟಿನಿಂ ।
ಬ್ರಹ್ಮ ರಾಜರ್ಷಿ ರತ್ನಾಢ್ಯಾಂ ವಂದೇ ಭಾರತ ಮಾತರಂ ॥"
ತಾಯಿ ಭಾರತಿ ಸಸ್ಯಶ್ಯಾಮಲೆ ತೇ ನಮೋಸ್ತುತೆ ।
ಕರುಣೆಯಿಂದಲಿ ನೀಡು ಎಮಗೆ ಜ್ಞಾನ ಬೆಳಕು ಸುಬುದ್ಧಿಯ ॥
ಪುಣ್ಯ ಭೂಮಿಯೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಕಾಯ
ದಕ್ಷಿಣೋತ್ತರ ಹಬ್ಬಿದೆ ।
ಬಾಹು ಚಾಚಿವೆ ಪೂರ್ವ ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ದಿಗ್-ದಿಗಂತದ ಅಂಚಿಗೆ ॥
ವಿಂಧ್ಯ ಹಿಮಗಿರಿ ಸಹ್ಯ ಪರ್ವತ ಭವ್ಯ ತಾಣವೆ ನಿನ್ನದು ।
ತುಂಗ-ಭದ್ರೆ ಯಮುನೆ ಗಂಗೆಯ ಉಗಮ ಸ್ಥಾನ ನಿನ್ನಲಿ ॥
ಪುಣ್ಯ ಪುರುಷರ ವೀರ ಕಲಿಗಳ ಜನ್ಮದಾತೆ ನೀನಲೆ ।
ನಿನ್ನ ಉದರದಿ ಹುಟ್ಟಿ ಬಂದಿಹ ನಮ್ಮ ಜನುಮ ಪಾವನ ॥
ಗಾಂಧಿ ತಾತನ ದಾರಿ ದೀಪದಿ ಬೆಳಕು ಕಂಡೆವು ತಾಯಿಯೆ ।
ಶಾಂತಿ-ಕ್ರಾಂತಿಯು ಫಲಿಸಿ ದಾಸ್ಯದ ಕಳಚಿ ಹೋಯಿತು ಶೃಂಖಲೆ ॥
ಯಾಕೆ ಚಿಂತತಳಾದೆ ತಾಯೆ ದುಷ್ಟ ಶಕ್ತಿಗಳ ದಮನಿಸು ।
ನಿನ್ನ ಹಿರಿಮೆಯ ಎತ್ತಿ ಹಿಡಿಯಲು ನಾವು ಕಂಕಣ ಬಧ್ಧರು ॥
