When you are aiming the shuttles, keep your racquet up swiftly as if you are shotting a bird with a rifle, whereas if you keep it at the front, there will be a double action to move the racquet back and forward to smash. One more point to keep in mind is that the worst habit is the slow lifting of your elbow whenever you are playing any shots. The essence of “squeeze” is the hitting shuttle moment takes a shorter time as compared to a big momentum smashing, you gain more flexibility to hit the shuttles at right place. Moreover, it also helps to focus more forces into the moment you hit the shuttles as less forces are wasted while moving your racquet. The funniest about this video is at the end, the students hit Li Mao’s groin accidentally after grasping the concept.

稍挤手臂往内侧蓄力，架拍在后侧上方，小臂也要提前准备在內旋前的外侧。球到了最高的击球点你只需要小臂内旋像甩鞭子这样把球压下杀出去就可以了。
这感觉就像射箭要拉弓，松手把箭射出去时同时甩鞭。
这种杀球很突然动作又小又快，在甩鞭时放松还可以变劈吊
