Meditation takes minutes to begin. It's a "sahaj" or totally natural thing. One might accidentally meditate, entering into a meditation without even trying, sitting on a rock in the woods. At the feet of the masters we can receive initiation and proper guidance into all the subtle details and levels of advanced meditation practices. All human beings have gurus, be it their own minds, the programming of society, religion, etc... Better to choose for one's self who to receive guidance from than be molded and shaped by the heavy weight of the collective consciousness of humanity living in the house of the demiurge (kal). We are free to soar into the heavens here and now....if we did but know it...if... The child wakes early in the morning and in the darkness sees a flash of Light. Will they remember later in life? Will this be the lifetime to know what that means, to pursue that Light?

I often meditate without trying ..its like zoning out, for me..naturally..even tho, I have racing thoughts syndrome (according to some doctors 🥴)
