Você já tentou jogar com G-sync + v-sync + reflex on? vi que muitos gringo usam assim no apex. Desculpa tanta perguntas é pq recentemente troquei de monitor e sabe como é né o apex dependendo da forma q vc limita o fps e config o jogo muda muito a performance.
