As a woman, I have endometriosis, I research ways to help it and i stopped looking at government supported websites because they say “people with periods” or “menstruating persons” and other innacruate and honestly offensive terms.

What's wrong about calling someone who's pregnant a "pregnant person"? No one is banning calling them a "pregnant woman". Interestingly she allows "Pregnant mom" to be used which is a lot more incorrect than "pregnant person" since you're not a mom until you actually give birth (assuming you don't have other children).
