    I’m dealing with overcoming extreme social anxiety as well, it’s good to know that it can be done cuz part of this anxiety is the feeling that one is stuck like this forever. Great video 👍

      I never met a single person with more social anxiety than me brother trust me on this.
      I went from an extremely weird and insecure introvert to a confident extrovert.
      If I managed to do that, you can do that as well. All you have to do is get your mindset right and start cold approaching, within a month your social anxiety will be gone I promise you.

      @ thanks brother. it means a lot as I thought I was the only one struggling with this almost crippling anxiety. I’ll start slow one step at a time saying hi etc

      @@AndrianosTheGreek I will thanks. Any advice on how to start, or how you began? Staring with just saying hi etc?

      @@Greatwealthgentleman I just cold approached brother, I went up to a girl, stutter my words and I got rejected instantly. I promise you after I got rejected I felt GREAT. It took me 8 hours to force my self to do my first ever approach, but everything became easier and easier after that.
      If you want fast results, you need to cold approach, just go up to girls, say hello, start a conversation and go for the number after 5-10 minutes. It is extremely hard but that's what I did. From extreme anxiety I went to NO anxiety in about 100-150 approaches.
      I probably did 2000-3000 approaches so far in my life.
      That's my experience, we can chat together if you want FOR FREE so you can tell me exactly what you are going through so I can maybe give you better advice.
      Send me an email at andrianospilav@outlook.com, you have nothing to lose brother.

      @@AndrianosTheGreek of course mate, by the way your channel is very good! I've been watching these tier lists videos non-stop, very helpful. But ok, I really like listeneing to Jazz and Classic Rock, these are great! And i'm from Brazil, so I listen a lot of Samba and Old School Country music from here.

    Affirmations trash? Ahahahaha we all say affirmations to ourselves, it’s our belief system. You say them to yourself without realising, repeated thoughts are how your subconscious mind is formed. This list is decent but you’re sleeping on how your subconscious is formed. Your habits are formed through this

    • @AndrianosTheGreek
      @AndrianosTheGreek  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I am not 100% sure but I think affirmations and inner self talk are different things.
      Affirmations based on what I researched so far is when you look at the mirror and say: I am confident, I am strong, I am rich etc.
      Can you end up believing that you are rich and strong? Yes but does it really matter? Not in my opinion you are just delusional.
      Inner self talk on the other hand is how you talk with your own self and that is incredibly important. If you want to approach a girl then you can tell to your own self that you can do that and you can "convince" your own self to approach that cute girl.
      Alex Hormozi's quote that I love:
      You don’t become confident by shouting affirmations in the mirror, but by having a stack of undeniable proof that you are who you say you are.
      Outwork your self doubt.

    • @MaksAction
      @MaksAction หลายเดือนก่อน

      @ brother you just admitted how important affirmations are. What is ‘inner self talk’? That’s exactly affirmations. Affirmations are not you autisticly staring in the mirror and repeating things. They are beliefs you repeat to yourself which you want to seep into your subconscious mind. Like a mantra, repeat something enough and you become it.
      Now when it comes to being delusional, your list is about self improvement, in order for one to move from one state to another i.e to improve, you must be delusional to a certain extent in order to believe that it’s possible. Delusion is necessary when it comes to changing oneself.
      Again it’s all love and I like your energy, I just wanted to shed some light on this subject as I feel you wrote off a very core important concept, self improvement is not just ‘grind grind grind’ it’s also a mental game and when it comes to mental game affirmations are very effective. All the best 💪

    • @AndrianosTheGreek
      @AndrianosTheGreek  หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      @@MaksAction Honestly, I agree with you brother.
      Being delusional is useful but it's a double edged sword.
      I did try affirmations in the past, I was saying affirmations in the mirror every morning and I was also saying some things out loud in my car but I didn't notice any difference. Maybe I was doing them the wrong way, I didn't do enough research on affirmations.
      I appreciate your feedback brother, I know it's all love and accepting feedback is something that I like doing.
      Wish you the best as well!💪💪

      Waking up early is overrated. Its good to beat yourself out of bed, but It doesn't mean It has to be early in the morning. Getting a good night sleep is better for you than "waking up early". Fasting I agree that is at least a good thing. Its the same principle from taking cold showers, just harder and longer to keep
