I noticed the mushrooms shape i used a couple years back.Very effective to get the exhaust oit reverb and keeping the rings strong. Haven't done it in a while but definitely need to get back to that on the wheel. Great work on your boost ports . Ive yet to try them out. Thanks for sharing your work.

No problem when I port another cylinder I’m going to tie the 5-6 transfer to the case instead of the secondary transfers that don’t flow much air. I agree the mushroom exhaust is a must!! Thanks for stopping by Roger!!

Thank you My Bikes!! I copied Dave’s stuff he posted these shapes years ago, they work too well if set up good. These open at the same time as the secondary transfers, they should open 5° after the secondaries. Anyhow the linings coming off this cylinder but fortunately I have another 5-6 cylinder waiting

Thank you for watching brother💪🏼💪🏼 The plating is unfortunately chipping off the cylinder so who know how much longer it’ll last. I have a cylinder exactly like it but the primary transfers are angled to wrap around the walls the flow better

@@justanothermotorizedbikech5138 yeah, I got one of those BT series cylinders from Aliexpress. It fits perfectly on a 38mm stroke and she rips good for my fat butt. Rich up top but still does 30 mph on a 44t in a second. Absolutely awesome acceleration. I got a video on my channel

Bike sounds decent up top, might want to change your float height a tad. Wondering what the plug looks like after that top speed pull. If you need that flange welded up, come on by. Nice video bro.

Try tightening the bolts 1 the at a time and cross tighten them don’t do a full 360 tighten the opposite bolts
