Quick Question, I know it’s starting to get cold but should I start training now for my cross country next year, I find running relaxing and adding a bit of idk competition seems fun. Cross country seems like something I’d like to do next year. I have little to no running experience so is it a good idea to practice now for next year?

Yes of course! Running is an all year sport and you can always start training 😄

Try running 2-3 miles as fast as you can on a treadmill it helps
