Thanks for sharing. To the folks complaining about it in the comments, I'll say this:
Historical items should always be preserved, regardless of who made/owned them and for what purpose.
For those that want to destroy it, I must ask, what is more of an insult of defeat, to have your history destroyed and become not even a ghost, or to have it set as a reminder to all those with corrupt ambitions that they will be defeated, and whatever power they have is short lived but the honor of those that defeat them is priceless and will happen again and again.
The object becomes a desired object like the lord of the rings it should be melted in the fiery depths of hell where it belongs

Beautiful piece of craftsmanship 😍. Nice piece of history. Thanks for sharing guys. 🤩
I appreciate the fact you explain this gun with respect.
I agree best place would be a museum. The craftsmanship is outstanding
What a gem
Sweet that it's still around
Beautiful.
what a beautiful gun!
How incredible
Great cool gun
Wow Himmlers gun that is mad great video man!!
Glad it’s in good hands. Keep it.
I would be curious to know how the auction house acquired this unique item. It is living history.
gorgeous
GOD DAMN !!! I NEED THIS !!!!! and GOERING"S too
That’s pretty cool
skillful handicraft, nice pistol
Lovely pistol. Quite priceless today
Amazing war trophy
"Himmler, take your meds."
"No! *bang* "
Himmler carried a Luger which is now displayed in a museum in Lima, Peru.
Sweet
I know the guy that has Himmler's ring. Amazing piece of history and priceless.
Ft Campbell,Ky Museum has His carry pistol ,liberated by 101st Airborne.
So what it’s estimated worth or reserve bid on this one of a kind piece!
The final solution was more the idea of Himmler's right hand man heydrich, right?
Air Force Museum in Ohio has Speer's Walther on display.
Did this go up for auction? Just curious
Big thumbs up for wearing gloves to preserve the pistol for posterity. ^_^
That gun looks a lot like the Astra Constable II 380 pistol, does it have a fix barrel to the frame ?
The astra constable 2 looks a lot like the pp, because it’s nearly a direct copy of the pp
Thank you, gentlemen, this was most instructive and appreciated (although not overly “enjoyable,” given what Himmler was instrumental in creating). I do have a question, however: the firearm doesn’t appear to be chrome plated, and stainless steel hadn’t yet been developed, so I agree with the previous poster that it’s likely silver plated (which would also make the extensive hand engraving easier, since silver is a soft metal). Can you please elaborate concerning the base structural steel and the platting. It would also be interesting to learn - although I doubt the information is available - how this Walther journeyed to America, since at war’s end Himmler committed treason, disguised himself as a Wehrmacht Private to prevent his execution, was captured by the British, and committed suicide while in allied custody. THANKS!!!
just imagine what that gun is worth!
I see it also has the same symbol that the SS Wiking Division used, in front of the SS symbol. I wonder why?
Himmler was fascinated with all Norse mythology and the Occult, not to mention he was in charge of the SS so it makes sense it was a Viking style in a way
Anyone know the value of this?
name of intro song plz...??
I know about Himler...the gun the gun
A remnant of a once mighty empire. Years back at the Great Western Gun and Militaria Show I saw a goldish colored gun on display. The document with it from a German manufacturer was verifying that such a gun with serial numbers had be presented to Himmler "when he visited our factory." A former Air Force officer's estate in Texas turned up swords stole from the Japanese Imperial Castle after WW2. Who knows what else will turn up!
It Appears to Be Silver Plated Including The Barrel Hood 💨🔫😮😲😮
Chris Chiampo It is not silver plated but chrome plated for its resistance to corrosion and tarnish resistant quality unlike silver.
This has to be up there on the top list of war prize captured from WWII. I would not be surprised there are individuals or groups looking to have this destroyed and melted if they found out about this.
mike in a can @Mike, I see and these are the people who would burn the U.S. Constitution if they got a hold of the original document. Yet, if they transported back in time to the mid 1700s, they would cower in the corn fields rather than fight for our independence as well as the other wars that have followed since.
@@BT1776 Well said, people want to close their eyes instead of accepting history for what it is, non-negotiable no matter how much they dislike it. Instead of dealing with the actual problem, they'd rather take the tools away which is no different than putting a band-aid on a severed limb. They're already trying to remove history as a subject from schools down in Mississippi "because it's one exam too many for the kids" GET OUTTA HERE PEOPLE..
How much?
How many people do you think that one killed?
I wish I could reach through my screen and steal it
I knew Gudrun Birwitz (Gudrun Himmler, ) she gave me her dad's new visor cap new in the box before she died, made by Hugo Boss in 1945 before he was murdered by Brit Assholes and buried somewhere in the Luneburg forest. I still have it. My aunt was Himmler's secretary, and Albert Speer's too. ? what would this hat be worth?
Well, it is MAYBE Heinrich Himmler's personal gun.
Just check his bio. He was handing out pistols as gifts like they were (very expensive) candy. He spent a lot of time rewarding (and chastising) members of his units. This could just as well have been a gift for an SS member.
@Marshmallow Man Plenty of cases where the gifts to others were engraved with Himmler's name. Here is one example.

Con tanto grabado parece una pistola de juguete este señor gusto tenía el justo
What is the est $
Guns don't kill the man who pulls the trigger kills so save it for history
how much is it worth?
$40,000?
The happy, upbeat music sure feels inappropriate.
This is a real gun. If disagree, try such engraving on Glock 17
Can you elaborate on this comment? I'm not a gun guy an im curious as to why a glock wouldn't be a good fit
I have a Walther PP with Julius Streicher engraved on it. It was a gun that my granddad brought back, and for years I thought that it was a really extra special pistol that belonged to THE Julius Streicher, the high ranking Nazi leader in Munich, and the publisher of the Jew baiting Der Sturmer. Then I found out that hundreds of these pistols were made with his name engraved on them. He gave them out as prizes for winners of athletic contests, and also as rewards for loyal followers who did something great for the Party, and as gifts to dignitaries. It's still pretty special, but not as much as I thought.
Fritz Walther? 1.Fck, right? Great soccer player.
Peele of the ss symbols and you basically have a new pp
amators , gun its made from silver, thats why get oxidated on gravuure mae by a sharp tool
Glad it has been preserved. Cursed item tho.
Very unlikely it was owned by Himmler. These types of pistols were given as presents during rally’s and visits to factories, as a token of appreciation. There are hundreds of these pistols with AH or HH embossed on them. Fact is that all the top nazi’s wore very ordinary production models of the P8, PP and PPK.
I am doubtful about the authenticity of this gun as H.H.'s personal property. The engraving work is third class at best, and that's still a flattering opinion.
H.H.'s position in the Third Reich hierarchy was one step away from the highest power, and if he ordered an engraved gun that would have been a masterpiece from a well known and highly reputed master engraver. If we assume that it was a present given to H.H. the donor would have been incarcerated in a concentration camp for insulting the had of the SS with a gun disgraced by the engraving that even an apprentice engraver would be ashamed of.
I have seen several beautifully executed oak leaf engraved guns, real masterpieces. The oak design was the decoration on the uniform of the highest ranked officers through history, and even young officers had guns ornamented with that design, as a good luck motive for their advancement.
Wonder how many people he personally killed with that
Can you fire the gun?
Interesting video. Lose the background music
well uhm who says its real though
i can take this one off your hands for .... lets say.. how does 10 dolla sounds
It should be given back to Germany.
Olasek legit what??? No fucking way, if I took something historical from America, you guys would cry your eyes out!!! The rest of the world isn't that much different! Rare history pieces should be in the country it belongs to, even if it's a piece of history that's revoke bad memories, it belongs where it created history!!!
But I'm not surprised, a comment like that was expected, from a nation of mass murders and land stealing idiots. America belongs to the natives!
But keep it up, make the rest of the world hate you, it will definitely help you!!!!
Kewonerdk you dumb Bolshevik , it is a weapon, not a piece of art so it is 100% legit, it had to be confiscated but you eggheaded leftists have no concept of such things. What an ignorant stupid sob, go to North Korea, this is your dream land.
Olasek bolshevic?? Leftist?! Keep your American stupidity for your self! We won that war years ago! I'm a social democrat! And my country is doing so much better than United state of shoosh like your lovely mister dumb ass said it
Kewonerdk Keep your European stipudity for yourself and don’t call on US to save you from another Hitler or Kaiser, thanks to your Europeans wars tens of million people perished.
Beautiful gun, but I cant imagine how many people might have been shot by it
Probably very few, if any. Himmler was one of the most powerful and important people in Nazi Germany, simply shooting people in the street was miles below his pay grade. In addition, as they mentioned he probably didn't even use this gun day-to-day as it would have most likely been a display piece in an office or home.
®️💀😈
looks like a very good replica of PP Walther....lol
Working in a after school program in Miami I met a Spaniard (Franco's Spain was Fascist) he like me thought I looked Aryan and showed me a German Luger in the original box with a swastika and the box had a nice place for a silencer. It even at 17 YO I could see the beauty of the precision work of the whole thing including the box. When you look back in history, a very many great thinker in all fields from engineering to Medicine to Music the German have been there, truly smart disciplined people. It is so sad they followed a nut down the rabbit hole. Even worse, the national socialist appropriated the philosophy of Frederic Nietzsche totally wrong, changed and messed with a philosophical gem to make it fit their desires. Thank God we are a country of strong laws and institutions.
Can you speak louder. please?
HIMMLER'S PEE PEE
You forgot to check if it is loaded.
polazai? or polizei? hmm
😈😈
Amazing craftsmanship even with the evil it represents THX
Go to bitchute and watch "Europa the last battle"
There is the truth.
It doesn't "represent evil" you moron. It's a firearm, not a political statement
@First Name Last Name Spread that documentary as far and wide as you can. The future depends on the leg work of people like you and I.
still its stolen in Germany...
It wasn't taken from Germany. It is a Hard Copy of it.......lol. REPLICA
@Robo Redneck I have no idea what you are talking about, and if you can't articulate it, you're an ignorant ass!
Destroy it
HűLYA
Hitler carried a glock 42 makarov.. you guys are way off..
Looks ridiculous.
Lies
Damn that gun is ugly. A 70's pimp would be embarrassed to carry that.
Uh, no. Not HH's. That is a copy.
I have a beautiful Sauer and Sohn, Suhl, Poland ... Sept. 1939....nazis arrived in October. De-cocking/cocking lever, round in chamber indicator, painted sights....32 cal...dark blue-black finish. I’d put it up against the Walther.
The Walther pp’s sure are classic pistols but considering the original owner and what this bugger was involved in, I wouldn’t have it my house even if I could afford it.
Michael Capobianco good on you Michael thanks to the veterans of the world we are free to express our opinions
It's a piece of history. Guess you would not want the sword of Genghis Khan either.
Looks like a bad fake to me
I am the suspicious type. I would ask if the serial numbers match.
It belongs in germany
Why wouldnt you burn that garbage with the rest of them?
Beautiful craftsmanship and extremely historical, you would not bun it with the rest of them because if you forget history, well its forgotten
It should be destroyed. Should have done been destroyed but then again so should all fascists.
The fascists are now the Democrat Party and I agree...let's destroy all of them
A lot of those guns were damaged from smacking jews upside the head with them but himler was afraid to do that
Wow Himmlers gun that is mad great video man!!
Noice. Glad someone preserved it. Thanks for having the balls to show it and share history.
This. Ian McCollumn wouldnt touch something like this.
