Neem oil mixed with dish wash liquid is a good pesticide for many pests i personally experienced ❤
You are right but mealybug and some other insects are very stubborn, these solutions are less effective on these pests.

Mere hibiscus plant dry hoke fir leaves yellow ho jate hai aur mar jate hai mein check kiya kuch bi pest nahi mein neem oil ka spray kiya phir bi plant ko nahi bacha sakhi to please iska koi solution bataeye please thank u soo much
Mitti sahi rakhe aur watering ka khyal rakhe. Fungus ki wajah se bhi Aisa ho sakta hai.
