This is why some players ratings go up or down when you change their position. 2k doesn’t just say, “lets make kris Middleton an 83”. They do his ratings one by one and the system rates them for their position based on that. This is why some players with low overalls are actually better than players with higher ratings. Ex: draymond green used to be almost 90 overall but he isn’t good to play with, his stats just fit his position.

Have you watched him play? He's great when he's on the floor, when you watch him you can tell he's quick to be back on his feet, and he is improving on foul trouble. He started a few games and put on some great stats and played well.
