Now I am trying to relearn playing harmonica with the help of excellent harmonica teachers like Rohit Sahay and Sukanta Ghoshal and I am grateful for their guidance.
Because of different sizing of reeds you need to alter the mouth embrocure accordingly to maintain the Tone as you surpass the octaves.. Moreover the basic also lies in equalization in tone of blow and draw notes.. One can guide you but these things are discovered as time passes.. What as an artist I would guide you prior to moving into this, Just practice the basic blow /draw from C to C'.. Progress this structure into one note , half note, quarter note, one eight note and one sixteenth note time signature, Say at 120 Bpm.. My guarantee if you could pass this test you are a level up to take one songs nd play them with ease .. 👍

It's depends on reeds and brand wise... If u want mellow tone... Wooden is the best... Like 270... Or Larry Adler.... Acrylic... Comb u can go for... Seydel dlx steel Saxony.... Suzuki

Apna ulta hai I block 3 4 5 for playing 2nd hole... but then I am lefty I cup instrument with my right hand... I started with hero diatonic so it was natural pick for me... but when I switched to changer I had to change cupping to left hand due to slide button on right. But old habits dont go that easy. :) But the thing is as far tongue blocking is concern u got to efficient in both sides... some vamp sound good on lower notes while for some in higher side of notes. But the its my personal opinion. But cupping still a problem for me not very good with hand vamp with my right as I am efficient with my original left one. ;) Was even thinking of changing slider button to left side on my harmonica once. but then lets learn this way too... after all thats what normal instrument got... if u dont wanna tie yourself to your just custom one. :)
