Also for those who can't seem to find Neon sunstreaker, you can! But it's very hard to, Since Neon Sunstreaker and regular Sunstreaker use the same render Icon. Hope this helped - TGSR
i'm pretty sure they literally just copied special officer skywarp, gave it a new texture and called it a day because neon skywarp has the exact same weapon, as well as the incorrect character sounds lmao

WHAT HAPPENED TO NEON SKYWARP VOICE
Was changed on purpose to female, to be more accurate with the later version of the Transformers itself.
Same story for Special Officer Skywarp.
